Excellent customer service, well priced, and fabulous embroidery. I was able to bring in shirts for my mom's flower business and it only took a few days. I was able to give them shirts I bought from another store but they have a lot of items you can purchase in the store to get engraved or embroidered. They were able to embroider the name of the business as well as a cute flower logo. The owner is professional and easy to work with. The other young man is kind, friendly, helpful, and also pretty cute!! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family :) read more

A while back I went here and had them embroidery my daughter's friend a cute overnight bag with her initials as a gift. My daughter loved it so such I went back and bought her one. Their pricing is so reasonable I decided to get myself on too! The lady and gentlemen who work there are very friendly. (They might be the owners; not sure) They have a lot of things to choice from: hats, overnight bags, robes, train bags, diaper bags, and tons more! They also sell luggage. You can also bring in your own item in but it cost a little more to have them embroidery it. They give you a time when it will be ready; and you guess it-it was ready!!! Great customer service. Called ahead of time to see if this store had a few supplies that I could purchase. The woman told me no problem and to come in. When I arrived she had no idea what I was talking about and was insisting that she did not speak with me. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend! read more

My husband and I were having a party for my father-in-law's 70th birthday. My husband said, "aren't we suppose to have gifts to give guest"? This was suggested 1.5 days before the party. My husband even recommended getting wine glasses engraved with the event and date on them. Sounded great but how can someone get that done with such short notice. I called a few places and they just were not able to do 18 glasses in that time. However, when I called Texas embroidery and engraving, they said they could do it. I asked how much and I was told it would be around $13 for what I said I wanted. When I got there, I wanted more information put on the glasses, as per my husbands suggestion. The price went up to $20, which now put these gifts out of the price we were willing to pay for the them. The owners worked with me to bring the price down, and were extremely polite and helpful. They had all glasses done the same day I dropped them off. They came out unbelievably beautiful and received many compliments at the party. read more

I took my son's pillow case & school bag to get embroidered. While I was there I picked out a really cute dinosaur lunch box and had it done as well. I haven't had a lot of stuff embroidered so not sure the going rate but it did seem a little pricey at $65 for all of it (including the $18 for the lunch box itself). They finished it all quickly- dropped it off Tues afternoon and got a text saying it was ready later the next day. Overall I'm very happy with their product, everything looks great & my son will be going to school in style! read more

Such a great place! I have had 2 experiences with them and they have both been exceptional. Most recently, I took in 2 cups to be engraved with names. The staff quickly took down all the information and the cups were ready earlier than expected. I appreciate the care they take in making sure you are happy and getting what you want. Threw away 15 bucks! Asked for "dots" on either side of letter. One looked somewhat like a dot; the other looked like an oblong something?? I told him that it looked like crap. Fabric was puckered. Guy said it was the fabric. Well, if you're in that business, don't you know that and pass info on to customer so that they can make an informed decision about their monogram piece????
