My first time and it was great. I have never met any of the staff, since no one appears to be there. I like that it's 24 hours and they are open until 7 pm. For early risers and late nighters this is a real convenience. I dropped off a short skirt with matching jacket. It was ready quicker than I expected so that was ok. When I picked it up the total was $56.19. I said dollars ?!?!, yes. I paid it and said ok, I won't be back. They do not have service prices listed but I never expected to pay that much for two items .... Brought in my winter comforter. Upon pick up, they tried to give me several others as they misplaced it. One after another I had to say that it was the wrong one. Finally, they found the right one. As one employee checked me out, she asked another to refold my comforter and put it back in the bag. During that process, they realized that an additional comforter had been placed on top of mine and been folded with it. (If you brought a king-sized white comforter here in January or February, it may have almost come home with me.) Despite of the lack of professionalism, they charged me full price. When I got it home, it looked like nothing had been done to it. I took it to another cleaner who did a much better job and never misplaced it. read more

I have been using the services of this store for over 5 years and the service has been absolutely spot on. The staff is very friendly and helpful in special requests relates to laundry and press. After moving here from California, I am so happy that my search for a cleaners, comparable to my organic cleaners of choice in Los Angeles, has successfully ended. Brite Touch Cleaners was highly recommended by my tailor (Cinco Ranch Tailors on Grand Parkway). Prior to going by, I phoned Perveen at the 10605 Spring Green Blvd location to ask a question about the solvent used. In summary, I cannot be more impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and overall excellent customer service provided by Perveen. She went the extra step, by contacting management with this question, to make sure that I had the correct information. From my understanding, the only solvent used is a hydro carbon. I leave reviews if my experience was really good or really bad. This time it was the latter. First time try, they lost my husband's shirt. That's ok things happen, but one hour looking for it and 2 trips back to the store, their resolution was to give me the other person's address and tell me to go retrieve the shirt...... I would imagine they would have offered to get it and deliver it to me since it was their mistake. I did it because I was tired of dealing with them. Really poor customer service, will not be returning. read more

Brite Touch cleaners is awesome! It is Thanksgiving week and my little nephew, who is allergic to dogs, is coming to visit in 2 days. I was desperately looking for a place that can help me clean my comforters so that they are ready by the time he comes so he doesn't get sick. I knew it was a longshot as most places would refuse, especially during a holiday week. But Brite Touch came through! Not only did they take my comforters at the last minute, with no notice, but when they heard why I needed it, they had them ready within a few hours, let alone the next day! I cannot thank them enough. They were the only ones willing to help with such a quick turnaround! They are awesome! read more

My husband went to pick up some dry cleaning yesterday and was shocked by the charge of $74.83. He was not told there was any usually charges when he left the articles of 4 runners and some 7 placemats. We will never go back there. Terrible place. My husband should have asked but we have taken these same articles to the cleaners for many years and never were overcharged. The lady said it was because there were too many colors. REALLY? CHRISTMAS COLORS NOTHING UNUSUAL! Talk about Christmas spirit. Bottom line we couldn't trust them to do any cleaning for us again. read more

They are extremely Expensive, they charge 4.69 per item and then tack on a Env Fee before tax. Plus when you pull thru the drive thru they want you to get out and come get your clothes. I have no issue with that but don't charge me 5.00 per item to get it myself. They want to charge like MW but won't deliver. Please don't waste your money. read more

Their service is usually decent, but they will starch shirts they are told to use no starch on sometimes, and occasionally they won't treat the collars on my work shirts very well. However, they will overcharge frequently. Several times I have taken laundry in with a coupon and been charged full price, and even when their "mistake" is brought to their attention, they still try to overcharge. All in all, decent laundry service (usually) but questionable business practices. I take my business elsewhere now. read more

This location did a good job when they first opened. I was happy because they are near my house. I've been taking my clothes there for 18 months or so but recently they started regularly breaking buttons. I spoke to them about it twice and my buttons are still getting broken so I have moved back to my old cleaners, Imperial at Fry and Katy-Gaston where the service is much friendlier and my buttons don't get broken. read more

Avoid at all cost! The worst experience ever! They lost a shirt of my husbands, ruined another shirt, and placed holes in a long strapless dress by putting safety pins to hold it to the hanger. read more
