I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. She could not have been more wonderful to work with. She completed the order and I cannot tell the newly embroidered stockings from the original set. I asked the first woman if we could paint and she said we don't do that and grabbed the lady in the back who was in the middle of a pottery class and just left. Then the pottery lady said sorry she has to go pick up her daughter at the airport but what did you need? I explained we weren't there for a pottery class and wanted to paint. She showed us two options we could choose from, a tiny 2 inch vase for $25 or another larger one for $45 and about 12 colors to choose from. Meanwhile I could see the people in the pottery class were just left waiting. We ended up leaving. But Def would never return. They should have it specified as just a pottery place.
