Stay far, far away from this place. I brought in two brand-new jerseys for a simple number "9" on the back. One came out fine, but the other was noticeably off-center about half an inch because they used two different sized numbers and didn't even catch it. So after wasting money on a brand-new jersey, I had to go buy another one. I even changed the color just to avoid the same mismatch issue, hoping they could at least get it consistent the second time. What's worse is the owner acting like this is acceptable or "professional." It's not. When you miss placement by that much--twice--and only get one out of three attempts right, that's not a small mistake. It's sloppy work. If you care at all about how your print looks, take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of better options that actually pay attention to detail. read more

Not the nicest customer service. Truly felt like I was a burden coming in to ask for a quote. Three staff all on computers not looking at you as you're coming in saying nothing... I was the only customer there. Got passed off when I approached and said what I wanted done by a snooty guy. Sometimes even if you can't do something for the customer at hand, if you have good customer service they'll think of you later. My husband tells me at the very last minute that he needed a shirt with numbers on it done. I literally called about six different places to ask about one (1) shirt with screen print or heat pressed number on the back. Either no one could do it same-day or it cost too much. Soooooo my very last stab...I emailed Big Frog of Plano and requested a quote. I got lucky that day. They emailed me back promptly and quoted a great price and they happened to have time to squeeze in the one shirt that I needed. It was ready within an hour and it looked great. Terrible customer service! I've used Big Frog for company shirt designs in the past and decided to pop by for shirts for a family event. I walked inside and said hello and both ladies seated at the front computers ignored me and continued to type away. The guy and girl working the back continued to call out inventory so I patiently waited. I was on the phone throughout this time so they heard me. Even if you're busy acknowledgment is everything! I continued to wait and had to ask to be assisted. At this point the lady helping me is not giving me direct pricing or information so I just told her I would think about it and let them know. I will not be using Big Frog for anymore of my custom shirt needs. Treat others how you want to be treated!!!! read more

I had several t-shirts printed here. They were simple two colors on white. The turnaround time was pretty good. The first set of shirts were the basic quality cotton. I upgraded the second set of shirts and they were better - and more expensive. Prices were higher than I expected. The colors faded after a few washes. read more

I've come through twice already and twice I got the best customer service possible. First time I was getting a birthday present for my brother and I can't remember the name of the guy but he was very nice at listening to my design ideas and bring them to reality. My brother loved it. Second time I spoke to Tana and she was just as good. We talked for half an hour on over a design and she did an excellent job. I'm still waiting on the second shirt to be done but I remember the first time the quality was crate and the design didn't fade even after multiple washes. I set up a logo with the most helpful people at Big Frog today for our group to use on t shirts. The people in the store took all the time I needed to adjust and fix our logo for the best results possible on the color t shirt we selected. They use digital printing machines so options are limitless and adjustable as necessary. Five minutes to print and deliver a shirt while you wait. I have been making shirts with Big Frog of Plano for about a year. I have had them make 6 different designs. The artwork is great, the designers are creative and easy to work with and also very fast. If you don't hear from them, just give them a call. They have lots of projects and have always responded quickly if I call. The email responses can be slower. read more

I agree with some of the other posters. I went into the store on Monday (told them up front I needed them Saturday for my sons bday party) to order 2 adult shirts and a onesie. I worked with Johnny. I showed him exactly what I wanted (so it wasn't like the design was totally custom) and he said he would get me a proof by the next day. Tuesday came and went with no word. Wednesday mid morning I called to check on the shirts. Johnny said "oh sorry I got busy yesterday and forgot to send them. You should have something in the next 30 mins". An hour later I called back because I still hadn't gotten anything. He says "oh did I forget to send it? I'll send it now". I finally got the proofs and made the necessary changes. I asked if I would get a call when they were ready. He said I would. Saturday mid morning no word so I call to check on them. They put me on hold "to check and see what was going on with my order". They started confirming the sizes I order which alerted me that they hadn't even started printing them. When I asked why they hadn't even started they said "oh sorry Johnny hasn't been in the store for a few days". So your store just forgets about orders because one person is gone??? In the end the shirts were done by Saturday and they did look nice. The reason for the two stars is because of the run around and the fact that they certainly wouldn't have been done had I not called to check on them. read more

My T-shirts were not what I requested and discussed and they were not willing to correct a bad product.

They printed on a mans shirt instead of a women's and the customer was not happy. Then It takes forever to redo because they do not carry any shirts in stock. It's unacceptable for a T-Shirt printer to not carry shirts. I don't recommend this place to anyone trying to run a business. read more

I walked into the Big Frog Plano store and was promptly greeted by Johnny, one of the graphic designers on staff.
