Hours later we made a trip back in to pick it up only to find that the the words engraved were inverted, which made the quote make no logical sense. We wasted almost an hour of time for them to correct the mistake which pushed all of our wedding errands back an hour also. They were apologetic but the damage was done and it was just frustrating that no one checked the item once it was first engraved. If you're looking for a last minute gift and want it done right - be sure to hang around and double check they get your order right.

I was then told that they had left a voicemail on his cell phone. Ironically, he didn't order the jacket nor did he pay for it, so why they would leave a voicemail message on his cell phone is beyond me. Then when I arrived to pick it up, there was nobody in the front lobby--I waited. (I later realized that there was a sign on the wall that said ring, the bell upon arrival. However, there were boxes stacked in front of the sign. Therefore, I did not know that there was even a bell to ring.) Then a lady casually walks by. She looked at me and kept walking. She finally came back to inquire if I'd been helped. When I let her know that I had not, she then asked me what was I there for? I told her I was there to pick up a jacket. She went to the back got the jacket, handed it to me through the window and turned around and walked back to do whatever it was she was doing. As much as these damn jackets cost, you would think you would get a little better service. I will not be ordering my other child's jacket from them despite the fact that this is the business that the school uses.

Unprofessional work. Ruined the hats I brought in. I had two…read morehats embroidered as a gift for a friend. A few weeks later, when I saw my friend, even he was unsatisfied with how they came out so I offered to return them. I took them back to the store but the owner instead claimed the hats he ruined were "the only way they could do it," which was to sew through the structure of the hat which caused them to buckle and wrinkle on the embroidery. Not to mention the embroidery is uneven. He then blamed the choice of font rather than admitting it wasn't quality work. Why do they offer a font that they can't work with without ruining the product? Beats me. Now I'm out $50 for the uneven embroidery and another $30 for the hats themselves. Because it was outside of the 2 day return policy (another detail they didn't mention when purchasing) he said there was nothing he could do and claimed that I had been wearing the hats. Luckily, these were new hats and not something that was special or important to me. Learn from my $80 lesson and avoid this place so you don't have to waste your money here like I did. There are plenty of cheaper options with better customer service and higher quality.

Personally, being a photographer, I have often found some really unique and interesting items that can be used for light painting, props, and various miscellaneous items in my photo shoots. Although the pricing is somewhat of a deterrent, I really like the fact that I can come here after Halloween for a couple weeks and pick up some of these items at 50% off. This definitely helps offshoot the high prices!
