So good we ordered a couple to go after we had finished breakfast, even though we were both completely stuffed. This little old-school grill has people working there who know how to cook a mean breakfast. The omelette, the pancakes, the eggs, and those biscuits. Delicious!!! It may not be fancy, but the food is fantastic.

We decided while driving through Jackson this weekend to check them out. I didn't recall ever seeing it before, so couldn't place exactly where it was. It is a local convenience store, so I figured I had to have seen it before. When we figured out where it is, we realized we HAD seen it before, but had no idea based on how it looks, and the name, that it's actually a convenience store. We pulled in, and I have to admit, I was less than impressed, and figured this would probably be a "one and done" situation, but we were there, so we went in. It's a bit "divey", but it wasn't as bad on the inside as I thought it would be. We came in and they greeted us. We went to the counter to order our burgers. The food is made to order, so you need to be prepared to wait for a little bit. While we waited, we walked around the store. I have to say I did NOT expect the wine and alcohol selection they had in there! I saw things I've never seen before, and the prices were actually better than where we usually go, so I can see myself stopping in again for that alone. Our burgers were ready fairly quickly, and since there isn't seating to eat inside, we ate them outside in our vehicle. The burgers were really large, and though it didn't look fantastic, they were actually very tasty. The fact that they were huge and only $4.99 each was an added bonus! Don't let the looks of the outside scare you off. It's worth a stop if you are in the area!

Luckily we brought a cooler so we were able to purchase several cuts and keep them cool while we ate our dinner. The burgers were huge!! And the fries were perfectly cut and cooked. My burger and fries were large enough to feed two people. The meat was deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked. There are plenty of tables to dine and each one had a simple, but lovely setting with fresh flowers. This was a a nice experience overall and we definitely plan to go back when we are in the area again!

When we called inside to see what the deal was the carhop proceeded to say that she put enough scoops of the mixins in and she could add more in for an extra price. I told her that I just wanted it done right and she continued to give me attitude about it. By this time it was 20 minutes after placing my order and we were ready to leave. If you enjoy attitudes and orders done incorrectly and delivered late to your car, this is your place. Otherwise, I would find some place else to go. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
