And the Bacchus was too soft and sad tasting, out of all of their wines btg was not great but the best red wine on the menu by far and it had flavors of blackberry, black currant, plum and black cherry with some tannin that helped it stand up to the food! And Grif and Kemp also got a glass knowing how particular I am! And for dinner entrees Mike and I both ordered the Cast Iron Ribeye, 12oz Certified Angus Beef, juicy and a creole demi glaze, topped with roasted garlic herb butter, choice of potato, roasted broccoli, with side garden salad for $32 And everyone loved their meals, and loved the look of the place. It looked brand new the entire place was quaint like a new country restaurant

As a New a Orleanian, it's Not A PoBoy (due to bread not being more crisp outside w/ hollow air holes inside), but really really close to it. That's fine, as the menu does not declare it as a PoBoy. I had mine "Dressed" (regular Mayo, Let, Tom, added Pickle & deleted Pepper Jack Cheese; in staying with my New Orleans "Dressed" Preference.) Great Friendly Servers. Very Attentive & Accommodating. Tried to order two hamburgers for pickup: After arriving at the time we were told on the phone, I stood for 15 minutes without anyone asking what I'm doing. I looked, and felt, like an idiot while the staff catered to others despite me being there first. I literally had to step aside, several times, so staff could let others order?!? After the 15 minutes, I was asked what I needed. I let them know I was there to pick up my order. I was asked to wait 2 more minutes as it still wasn't done. 15 minutes later I was, again, asked what my order was. I told them, again, and they vowed to check. I stood for 3 more minutes watching the staff take care of others (as before) instead of myself. At this point, my time was more valuable than the burgers, so I left. I'm guessing that all of the drunk parents that were letting their wild children run all over were more important to serve than I was. Lesson learned. Silver lining is that had I waited long enough to get my two hamburgers, I'd probably had gotten food poisoning from a cook that would have tried to hurry my order. It wouldn't have been the first time I had food poisoning shortly after eating here. Steer clear of their chicken wings.

The views are stunning and you can have lunch or dinner on the back patio overlooking Thompson Creek. We love dining here. Great for locals or visitors. Give it a try. My Favorites are the home made fried cheese and the Mulligan Sandwich. There's also lunch specials and nightly specials. Wednesday is Steak Night and they have a fine steak.

The menu items sound good, and we're ... Just Okay. We tried the fried pork chop, Mac & cheese, greens, Philly sandwich and onion rings . The chop was frozen well and tasted okay, Mac was not bad, sweet potatoes were good (but the side order literally consisted of 8 small squares of potato), and the greens left a lot to be desired. Canned greens with a bit of seasoning added. As for the Philly, I'll quote my husband who said "It's okay but missing something... Meat!" lol Yes, it was heavy on bread, light on steak. The Servers/ Bartender were friendly, although if they tell you they are coming to you to take your order at a table, don't fall for it!! You will be sitting and waiting as people at the bar are taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go to the bar itself to order! The food took a really long time to come out. Like crazy long considering we were at the time the only people ordering food! It was 2 of us! One person working was busy putting up Halloween decorations, after taking drink orders, then fixing those drinks to go, which was after telling us she was coming to take our order. The best things were the onion rings, and sweet tea. Although the thin styrofoam cup containing the tea popped in my car cup holder and had to be cleaned up. It was all a crazy mess. I gave them 2 stars for the food items we did somewhat like. Also, no reviews had pictures of the outside, so I will add some.

Better than that I gave her a good tip cause she was great. We had two appetizers. We had the big wings.-have barbecue half mild buffalo and they were excellent we also had the spinach dip and it's worth going back for. We didn't have much room left for entrées, but my husband and I both had the catfish and shrimp platter. The fish was nice fresh and tasty so with the fries I didn't eat any shrimp yet cause I was too full. I was so greedy. I ordered dessert for us to bring home. My husband said the king cake bread pudding was great. I ordered Bronnie Alamo, but haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I'm sure it'll be great too. Will definitely be back. Can't send pictures cause we ate it.

Horrible service. Didn't greet us, no hospitality. She basically rushed us to give our order of drinks, appetizer & meal. We didn't have a chance to talk to her or ask questions. Very unwelcoming. The mozzarella sticks were good. My grilled cheese came out cold. My cheese was no longer melted & the sweet potato fries were so freakn greasy I ate 2 & couldn't eat anymore. I still left her a tip because unlike her, I'm not rude. But she didn't deserve it. Only time she said anything to me was when she was giving me the check & said have a good day. I left a review on the card reader when paying. So you can probably see my review of that night. 4-28-26 6:30pm and see who was my waitress. African American women. Then found a dead roach in the rr after we paid. So sick.
