I had a pretty bad experience with them and had to end up calling an additional plumber even after I paid them in full for the renovation on my shower. I would never use them again because there is no trust after what they did to me. APA remodeling just finished my bathroom shower. The shower is nice, but the owner Alberto, is very difficult to work with. Our agreement was to have me buy materials and I just pay them for labor. That's fine. They would go to the store and buy things and bring me receipts after the fact. They tried to make me pay 400 dollars from Lowes on a receipt where they bought bulk plumbing supplies, and I refused to pay them. I only needed to pay for re piping the shower head/removal of the tub spout plumbing and re-route the drain to the center which required a 5 inch piece of pvc 2". Those couple of things cost me 190 and a threat from them to pull out of the job because they were mad that I questioned them. Before that, I had already bought the new drain, the shower head and handle so this was 190 for a couple pieces of pex pipe a 4 in piece of pvc for the drain and a few shark bite connectors. They finally knocked 150 off but I still overpaid them for the price of the plumbing supplies. They also stole some wood sticks from my side shed I did not give them permission to take. I needed them. Found half of them laying against the back of the house cut up which my neighbor made me aware of. They speak zero English, so very hard to communicate. The final result that took 7 days and about 5 people in my house all the time. They never covered any flooring in the bathroom on the LVP which got wet. They have no customer service skills, business skills. The LLC is in two women's name, but the owner is actually Alberto making decisions. Then, I took a shower in it this am and found the screws for the shower head handle were not even screwed in, just laying in the holes and they silicone the back of the handle to the wall. It needs a pressure hot to cold ratio adjustment which they never did. Plumber came and fixed the water and had to order longer screws. Plumber in addition, cost me about 100 dollars. They are threatening me with a defamation lawyer and sending me negative txts of which I have copies and photos of everything.

The only downfall is that they were unyeilding with the lease, even when my apartment was broken into and cleaned out! I still had to stay until the end of my lease or pay until the end of it. I didn't speak with Mr. Hunter though, that may have helped me out. Other than that they are great property managers and I would definately rent from them again.
