Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. We are customers for life.

What is so amazing is that 29 years ago, my wife had just given birth, and we contacted them once again on the 4th of July; however, that time our air condition unit went out. But, the fellow that just called me said it was "strange" I owned my apartment/condo and that the company has never done work for me. You also advertise "no additional charge for emergency services" but he said pricing would start at $300 for after hours. He didn't ask me to confirm my address. As I was rapidly losing interest in the conversation, another company called. I'd probably amend the "no additional charge" statement and and suggest not telling a client it's odd they own their property.
