First they had no idea who I was or that I even had an appointment. Then they couldn't find my tires. Ultimately, I was told they couldn't even install them because (pick an excuse), the lift is broken, no one can balance them, somebody with a special tool (?) is not there. I picked up my (6) tires and left. I have since gone to another garage and the tires are done. The manager told me he would call TireBuyer to have the pre-paid installation fee refunded to me. He never called. That was Saturday and today is the following Friday. I called TireBuyer myself and the refund is being arranged. Mr. Tire will never get anymore business from me!!

Next, JUSTIN came to the front, didn't acknowledge me at all, turned around quickly, and went back to the car he was working on, at this point I'm feeling DISRESPECTED, and JUSTIN LIED about a conversation we had about 40 mins prior to me getting there. How would I know to ask for JUSTIN if I had not talked to him prior, and why would I take the time to drive up there?? If JUSTIN would LIE about a PHONE CALL he had with me, I feel he would LIE about anything when speaking with customers. I would advise anyone that talks to JUSTIN about getting repairs, get it in WRITING first. Again, if JUSTIN lied about something as simple as a conversation about bringing my car there, I would question his work ETHIC, as well as his INTEGRITY!! They let you set an appointment, which I've never seen before for an inspection. When I arrived, the building was incredibly clean with a cozy waiting room and multiple phone charging stations. All the staff were professional and courteous, and kept me updated about the necessary repairs to pass inspection. But my FAVORITE part was that they sent me a list of every part on the car they inspected, with pictures of each part and a rationale for why it passed or not. I was floored by the transparency and found it extremely helpful. I highly recommend Endurance and will be back in the future!
