Checked in my kids online and was given an 88 min wait time. No big deal, we went to Kohl's and shopped for an hour. Afterwards we still had about 20 minutes so we decided to wait in the lobby at Great Clips. They were packed but the monitor only showed two names in front of my children's. Then a gentleman walked in that apparently knew one of the two employees that were working and jumped in front of everyone even though his name wasn't on the list. (Deep Breath) Then the two people in front of us were taken care of and we were next up. But instead they called someone else's name that was after us on the list and had not checked in. They realized they messed up and gave us some awkward stares but never apologized. (Deeper Breaths) I was still fine with this since he had been there before us and we had already been waiting 2 hours. We're next for sure I thought. Nope! They called another mans name that had walked in 10-15 minutes after us. At that point I was furious. Instead of making a scene and confronting the employees, I told my children that unfortunately we couldn't wait any longer and we would have to get their haircut some other time. The sad part is that it's not the first time we've dealt with with bad service at this location. Shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time I suppose. I will never take my kids to Great Clips again.

When I walked in I did not wait at all she took me straight away. My stylist did an amazing job and really listened to everything I wanted done. She asked my opinion frequently for length to make sure she got it exactly how I wanted it. My stylist was very friendly and polite and even styled it perfectly at the end. When I arrived, she welcomed me and told me that it would be a few minutes. It actually ended up being a half-hour, but she was very apologetic and gracious to me for waiting due to another stylist being out sick and her still styling everyone scheduled. Once I was in the chair, I instantly understood why there are so many great reviews. I showed her a few inspo pictures, she asked a few questions, and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted! I also learned they do kids cuts, so I look forward to bringing my daughter back soon.
