When I walked in I did not wait at all she took me straight away. My stylist did an amazing job and really listened to everything I wanted done. She asked my opinion frequently for length to make sure she got it exactly how I wanted it. My stylist was very friendly and polite and even styled it perfectly at the end. As someone who is a journalist, they should want to do what their website says they do. Interesting how their website gives them 5/5 when the real truth is far from that. The turret is everywhere else. Pretty obvious who's writing the reviews. If you want a special day, choose a special team. It's just not worth the risk. She takes her time to explain what she is doing and asked me what I have and haven't liked about previous haircuts that other hair dressers have never asked me ! The first time she cut my hair I knew that I was going to stick with her as it was my favorite haircut I have ever gotten! I also used to box dye my hair blue underneath in the back at home on my own or with a friend helping... well as you can see how that would go wrong I ended up with a very uneven and crooked line on my head and the dye just would never last as long as I wanted it to. Hailey was able to fix my line and straighten it up as well as dye my hair perfectly the color I want every time! Now I switch my hair color often and it always turns out amazingly and is so vibrant just like I always wanted. She is very easy to talk to and communicate with which makes it so easy to schedule my next appointments. Her space is in a super convenient location as it's near Sam's club and Walmart so if there's any shopping I need to do it makes it easy to swing there before or after. She keeps her space very clean and organized ! With a nice touch of music to help us relax. I never plan on finding anyone else to do my hair or lashes !

I made an appointment online about a week in advance, and love how easily accessible this location is! You just follow the signs up the stairs -- and you'll find yourself in a cute and calming, spa-like waiting room. I'd only just sat down when Manell came out to introduce herself, and bring me back to her room. I let Manell know that this was my first time threading, and she walked me through the entire process in an encouraging and professional way. While the sensation is different than waxing, the pain level is about the same (pretty minimal). We did have to pause a few times throughout the appointment because my eyes were watering -- but Manell assured me that was perfectly normal, and continuously supplied tissues for me to use. I was shocked at how fast we were done -- and absolutely loved the results. I also appreciate how natural the whole process is. I'll definitely return to visit Manell -- and might also check out of some of the other services offered at Michelle's Oasis.
