I am not stealing from your store, in fact I probably spend anywhere from $800-$1,000/month at your store. To be charged at in front of other customers and accused of not ringing in products that are clearly on my receipt is not only embarrassing but just degrading. As there aren't many options in the area, we decided that a Walmart Supercenter surely must meet all of our needs... but eh, not quite! We walked in and were a bit shocked to see how actually small this 'supercenter' is. It felt smaller than a regular Walmart... if that makes any sense? The only part that looked big was the garden area which we didn't really go through. It's also connected to a mini-mall which was different too. The layout wasn't the best but we managed and found mostly everything we needed.

The perishables (meat, dairy, produce) are as good and often better quality than other stores in the area. There has been a problem in the area with the quality of many vegetables. This is not the fault of the store or it's employees. It's just the reality of the business. The same can be said for sale items out of stock. A store cannot sell product the warehouse did not send and the warehouse cannot send product that their suppler did not have. If a sale item is out of stock you have the option of asking for a rain-check.

Told wait will be 25 mins. 2 others arrived after me & within 20 mins picked up their meds. Pharmacist did not seem focused on filling script but she was talking with others, helping someone with delivery of copy paper, etc. After 45+ mins, meds ready, 2 of 3 scripts only had 8-12 pills, not enough to get me thru Tuesday when more pills available. At noon went to another pharmacy have scripts transferred from Kinney. After 5 hours Kinney called requesting me to complete sale before they would transfer script. Consequently, it was too late for the script to be transferred & filled by the other pharmacy that day. This was the second bad experience with not enough pills and poor service. On a positive note, the other pharmacist was working hard and "staying on task". He filled multiple scripts without interruptions.

Co-op customer/member for 30 years…read more While prices have gone up, quality and variety have gone down. The deli/cafe, prepared food, and hot bar come to mind - basically cafeteria food now. RIP prepared beverages. Abnormally generous employee benefits seem ripe for cost cutting, as these expenses are directly passed on to shoppers. There are plenty of folks in our community who are completely priced out of shopping here. I have slowly begun to take my business elsewhere.
