The cashier said the sale was over 2 weeks ago but the sign was never taken down. They should've honored that price. I'll never set foot in this store again. I'll pay more for better service.

I used the Drive Up feature for the first time ever in the app. The worker who helped me was nice enough. There was plenty of parking and I was able to find a spot near the front after pickup for easy access to the restroom even on a busy weekend evening. This location is close to a lot of other conveniences and restaurants. I might have to come back and try the Reveille Cafe location nearby. Not only was it incredibly rude, it was both a safety/liability and a loss prevention issue. I am 8 months pregnant, and almost tripped and fell on items in the aisles while trying to make my way out of the building. I have never been so rudely treated at a place of business, and it wasn't just us, it was probably 20+ customers left in the store. Unbelievable.

I kindly told her I have already used two of these coupons one in your own store few weeks ago and they perfectly scanned the archive body mist with the exact same type of coupon I own( you can own up to 5). The lady told me that's not true in this store and that if i read the fine print it will tell me they are excluded. I read the fine print and it is not. Mind you I have insisted telling them they literally gave me 2 already with my previous coupons yet they denied it. Not coming back here because this just does not make any sense. When I asked the receptionist about it she said that they get it at Bath & Body Works. So I drive over to Barrett Parkway and walked into a Bed, Bath and Beyond. Ya, well I was off by one word... After I figured out it is Bath & Body Works and not Bed Bath...I was able to buy a bunch of different scents since there were running a sale. I especially like the holiday scents such as Evergreen, chocolate peppermint cream, sweater weather, vanilla snowflake, Praline pecans & cream and fresh balsam which smells just like a Christmas tree. After you pick out the scents you do need to buy the plug ins. I love the Christmas editions that they have this year. They will make great gifts for co-workers.
