Associates were helpful, kind and courteous. The store was well stocked and clean. It smelled wonderful in there. It's my Zen place.

I'm not a huge scent person so stores like these aren't my thing but recently I was at the doctor's office and they had one of their plug-ins in the restrooms that smelled really nice. When I asked the receptionist about it she said that they get it at Bath & Body Works. So I drive over to Barrett Parkway and walked into a Bed, Bath and Beyond. Ya, well I was off by one word... After I figured out it is Bath & Body Works and not Bed Bath...I was able to buy a bunch of different scents since there were running a sale. I especially like the holiday scents such as Evergreen, chocolate peppermint cream, sweater weather, vanilla snowflake, Praline pecans & cream and fresh balsam which smells just like a Christmas tree. After you pick out the scents you do need to buy the plug ins. I love the Christmas editions that they have this year. They will make great gifts for co-workers. read more

Today 4/13 at 2pm on this store, lady that was upfront at the door letting people know about new fragrance was picking and choosing who she attends to. Maybe Asians can buy them too. Definitely someone who look at color of their skin. Please have her take some classes to improve her customer service. I would have rate it zero but it wasn't there for me to pick. read more

I visited the Bath & Body Works store in Woodstock twice within the last 30 days. I was not initially planning on visiting this store, but when I placed my order online and wanted to pickup at the store instead of paying for shipping, this was the closest store listed on their website. Both times I visited this store, I was greeted by friendly employees as soon as I entered. They immediately offered me a bag and asked if they could help me find anything. I told them I was coming to pick up an order, and they directed me to the appropriate individual who could help me. I didn't have to wait long, and my order was ready when I arrived. So, I was left with a positive impression of the Bath & Body Works in Woodstock. ****** However, I have some feedback that relates more to the company and its website. First, there are 2 stores within 10 minutes of my home, but the website only shows me stores that are 25+ minutes away. Second, when I placed my last online order and asked to pick up the order at this store in Woodstock, the email confirmation only gave me 2 days to pick up the items. I work full-time and can only pick up orders on Saturdays. I received the email telling me my order was ready on Wednesday, which only gave me until Friday to pick up my items. When I prepared to drive to the store on Saturday, I checked my email and saw that they had cancelled my order that morning. I called the Woodstock store to complain. Thankfully the manager agreed to re-sell me the items at the sale price, but I was told this was a one time exception. In the future, I would have to pick up the order within 2 days or the order would be cancelled again. So, I think Bath & Body Works may have lost me as a customer. When they send me a promotion email with a one-day sale, I can't drive to one of their stores that day to purchase the product. I purchased body lotion from this place and broke out with hives. I had to visit an urgent center for treatment. I returned the fragrances not used to town center mall and was told by manager that they were old and shouldn't have been out for purchase, I was floored. I wasn't aware lotion expires, but now I know. read more

Really loved this store! I can't remember the last time I was in a store front B&BW and wasn't expecting much but the site was huge and they had a great selection of all products. Some of my favorites were sugared lemon and cozy cashmere but be warned ... you may spend your life savings in a good way read more

I really enjoy this bath & body works. The store is always spotless & well organized, and the staff is wonderful. They are all really friendly and helpful. I come in here pretty often and I almost always find exactly what I need (and then some)! Sometimes there is a ling line, but they move through it quickly. read more

On Saturday I went to this location hoping to buy my daughter some gifts for Christmas. It was "candle day" apparently, so it was very busy. I had a couple candles and body sprays in my basket. I decided that was enough and went to the designated line for checkout. I waited in line just like everyone else did. There was a cashier who said, "I will take the next customer." I was about to set my basket down but a woman who was already in checkout reached across for some items on the counter to add them to her bag. So, as I was waiting for her to finish the "line nazi" told me I needed to stand in line and she informed me where it started. I explained very kindly I knew that because that's what I had done, and she raised her voice and said that I needed to go "back in line." There was another customer who had stood in line before me saying what I had said but this "line lady" wasn't having it. I don't know why she singled me out but I just set my basket down and left. I'm a fairly intelligent person. I've got a math degree and a law degree, and I passed kindergarten with flying colors. So, I was pretty shocked when this woman did this to me. However, I'm not going to argue with someone who makes $10/hour and is clearly disappointed in her own failures. Will not EVER spend a penny at Bath and Body Works again. read more

I'm a new customer and placed my first order online for candles, but it was cancelled after only three days. We were in Gatlinburg and didn't get back fast enough to pick it up. I chatted with a customer service representative online but that person could not reinstate the order. The good news is... I was able to find a lot of nice candles at a much lower price at Aldi and ended up stocking up. read more

I am getting this places 2 stars certain guy. I was coming there today just to see if there have any fall stuff left over. Before I even walked through the door the guy was like " oh my God she comes here in a lot". I was like really who cares. Last time I check, my purchases help pay for the store bills and your paycheck. Don't worry I won't be coming to the store anymore. I like over priced soaps and lotions just like every other girl but this place is either one extreme or the other when it comes to customer service. Some days you walk in and you're hit up by a stealthy, smiling teen in an apron asking if you need help behind every store display. They suggest EVERY new product in detail, go over sale prices and ask if you want to try the newest soapy-sudsy, youth induced product. Or, you walk in and they avoid you like the plague. You walk aimlessly amongst the lotions almost like you're the only one in the store. The only noise is the door to the back store room opening and closing every so often and you literally feel like you're being hunted. Under normal circumstances, $8.00 for soap is ridiculous but there is something about the hundreds of scents that keep me coming back and my wallet crying. Just when you think you've seen every cucumber, melon, strawberry, mango, cherry, peach *EVERYTHING* they come out with something new and even more expensive! The only sacrifice is they discontinue scents as fast as you fall in love with them-which I hate! Overall, I tend to shop more online because they have better deals and offer more of a selection without getting a headache from inhaling too many scents or having to deal with the latest crop of over enthusiastic sales girls. read more

Oh that smell!!! It just invites you in! So happy to have this right up the road. My favorite thing about B&B is their customer service. Even though they do have some younger kids working here, they train them right! Need a gift for a male or female? They have you covered! Want to pamper yourself with something other than Ivory soap? Check this place out! Try to follow the sales. When they have a sale it's AMAZING! Typically a BOGO, or buy 2 get 1 free deal. When they have their SUPER SALE - WATCH OUT! You will be smelling like you just rolled around in a meadow full of flowers... or something like that ;-) read more

Really enjoy shopping here now. In the past I had a few rude managers/employees that I encountered, but it seems to be much better now and the staff is very helpful. I usually come in for sales along with email or mail coupons so I can get the best deals. Definitely a great place for gifts. read more

I used to not be much of a Bath and Body Works shopper: between far too much warm vanilla sugar and an ever growing supply of bath products, I didn't see much need. A friend's hand soap got me back in the store and I have been continually impressed with this location. Store is clean, staff is helpful but not overly hovering, and of course there are always sales going on. I missed a great sale yesterday, but from their emails learned that the aromatherapy line was half off. I didn't expect there to be much given a Sunday during Christmas time, but they had almost everything I needed. Got a few gifts (and something for myself of course), but I have to compliment Brittni and Jordan on their amazing customer service. Both went above and beyond to look for items I was looking for, and although they were out of stock I was more than satisfied. I loathe stores during the holiday season, but I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I encountered at this location. read more

I love all 3 wick candle sales! Their was one associate that I asked her opinion and she was very honest. We both agreed that all candles don't smell the same after you burn them.
