Their store layout was mimicked by Walmart, now they have transitioned to a new floor plan. Things may still be all over the place until they finish. You will need to walk around to find some special deals but they are in here. The selection at Target is a place where shoppers find selection and value.

Nick came along ,and although he didn't work in that department he tried to help us. He sent us to the front and ensured someone attended to us. We bought a Backbone 1 Gen 2 Playstation edition. I really didn't expect much. However, I left my items and they gave me a receipt, and promised to text me when the evaluation was done. My ID was checked many times So they did text me. Since I wanted cash and no store credit I earned $1.97 instead of $3.54. What I learned from this is, that bartering might work for some people, if they are trading in things. This is not for me. I sold over 3 bins of items to them. Not only did they not state how long it would take but the girl checking me just to the buying was not very kind. She seemed annoyed to be there. Both me and my family member dropped off our items 6 minutes after they opened and made plans to do things in the area thinking it wouldn't take long. We were in the area for a good while and my family member received a text that their items were ready. I believed that mine would soon be done to follow. A few more hours passed and I still didn't get a text so I called in to check. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that my buy hadn't been started. They stated it was because they were busy. Although, when I questioned if they were busy how were they able to finish my family members buy so quickly. They didn't have a response for me other than they had other buys from the day before that they had to finish. I still don't understand how my family members stuff still got finished if that was the reason. When I asked how much longer it would take they couldn't give me an answer. I do not live close so this was extremely upsetting for me because if they had a lot left over from the day before it should've been stated when I dropped it off. About two hours before closing I got my text so I had to drive and pick up my stuff. Once I arrived I was told I was getting a very small amount for items that were in brand new condition or to get 50% more value if I chose store credit. I really wish they updated their system and valued the items at a higher price point and not such a drastic change from cash to store credit. I only came here and settled for the cash because I am clearing up space for a move. If you want what your items are valued don't ever come here.

I think the store is extremely well managed and well organized. I knew a couple of the people that work here pretty well so it's always nice to come and chit chat with them. Last year I was looking for a cheapo blanket to take on the plane because over seas flights are always freezing... I found one here on clearance for $12. I figure if I lose it or it smell like the airport after my trip I can always use it as a cat blanket. No harm done. I saw that they carry a lot of old fashioned candies and old fashioned snacks that tempt my curiosity...maybe one day when I'm feeling curious I'll give some of them a try...

I wanted to say "As you were" but decided to just let it be. Who complains about great customer service? No one! Several employees offered assistance and one gentleman was nice enough to get a basket to hold my wares. Love it!! So when I entered, I was hoping that they had the World Market selection, (like Perimeter) because I needed a snack. Unfortunately, they did not. They are a smaller store but probably have everything you need to make your bedroom and bathroom comfortable and cozy. Also they have great accessories and gadgets for the kitchen and other areas of the home as well. I loved the bedding that they had displayed because it was cotton and it felt really nice. I believe in 100% cotton bedding because I find it to be very durable and very cozy. When it comes to their bedding, you really have to watch for queen sizing because it is really not true queen size, it is designated as full/queen which means it falls short. This is something that I noticed a couple of years ago when I was looking for bedding but it may no longer be an issue. Just make sure that you check carefully. If you need to get organized, BBB can help you out. They have great drawer inserts to help separate your smaller items. I purchased a great boot rack which holds six pairs of boots in perfect position so that they hold their form and there is no drooping. As you get closer to Christmas, they have a great selection of "white elephant" gifts and small items that are perfect for stuffing stockings. I have been looking to update my bathroom curtains for a while and just had a difficult time nailing the color and length. Imagine my surprise when I actually saw the perfect color, on CLEARANCE and in the size that I needed. I kept twisting my head to see if I was reading the price incorrectly because the regular price was $37.99 while the current price was listed as $4.99. Yes, I took a photo. So I purchased $76 worth of curtains for $10. SCORE!!! Today was a good day! *** This is an update regarding the curtains I recently purchased for my bathroom. I love them! The color is spot on and they are a very heavy "drapery like" weight so they hand well. They also do a great job of blocking light. This is the second time that I have purchased curtains here and I have been pleased each time because they are of a very nice quality. I once purchased my drapes/window treatments at JC Penney but they have changed their signature collection so I needed to find another option. I am very pleased with my purchase.

You could be super friendly, smiling, cracking jokes, yet they never fail to meet you with a cold and hateful glare for no apparent reason. I was trying on dresses for something very important to me and I got the maximum amount of items allowed in the rooms at once and then planned to come back for more but the hateful woman at the front of the changing rooms made me want to just leave the store instead. I enjoy the items at TJ Maxx and appreciate the prices, but the service needs some serious improvement if they don't want to lose customers.
