It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. I spent $49 for a shopping bag-full of clothing and hair styling products I normally purchase at full price. If you're on a budget, flexible with what you'd buy for those on your gift list, head down to 'The Rack' before December 8th. You never know what'll you'll find.

The most annoying thing ever about their grand opening was the loud music playing outside in the parking lot. They had a guy on the side walk near the front entrance blasting music . They were also giving away popcorn and and there were high school cheerleaders. They weren't performing when I arrived. Therefore I'm not sure if they were there for the opening celebration. The second thing I noticed is the lack of furniture selection. The Marshall's in Kennesaw has beautiful furniture . There were people everywhere grabbing things as if it were a going out of business sale. Perhaps some people were happy for a Marshall's in the area. It looked like a rummage sale. Everything was in a disarray. I don't like shopping this way. Thankfully I didn't come to shop. I'm an observer first. Overall I wasn't impressed to say the least. As you may be aware Marshall's is the place where items get a second chance at selling. They buy their overstock from manufacturers at a discount. This means you pay less than what the large clothing retailers would sell it for . With this being said, the items aren't plentiful from the start. This location has limited selection than the norm, because the store is very small. It's a cramped shopping plaza with too many shops in the parking lot for it's size lot. I foresee it being one of my least places to shop. Once everything calms down and the hype is over. It will be ok for the residents near by.

What a fantastic portrait studio experience!…read more After deciding to buy into the ads from JcPenney on the clock app, I figured that my little family and I could see how a session went there before paying double for a local shoot. Getting an appointment online was incredibly easy and they even offer some great deals along with multiple backgrounds and even props. I haven't been to JcPenney since I was a child but this one wasn't any different. The store was huge, clean and packed with different holiday decor and gifts alike. When we entered, we had no clue where to go and this nice woman was at the front of the store assisting anyone who walked in and she guided us to the studio. The studio itself is soooo small! But I can't blame JcPenney, they probably didn't know that their photo sessions would go so crazy but, they have - time for more space. There were seats for about 6 people and our Doona stroller embarrassingly took up more foot space than expected. Business is definitely booming back there though! Despite our set appointment, we didn't actually get into our shoot until an hour later because there was so much traffic. Honestly, that wasn't ideal but we totally understood because when we got into our session with our 8month old - he showed out lol. Leaving us to take an extra 20+ minutes than most probably because we were feeding and bribing a baby to smile. Our photographer was AWESOME. He was incredibly patient, kind and did all he could to make our son smile. We left with a number of great pictures that we'll be able to share for years to come and with their special(s), we walked out paying a little over $100. Not bad at all, we'll be back to snap some shots in the studio again!

In fact, this is where I first signed up for my JCPenney credit card many years ago when I was just starting to build my credit. Over time, I've never had an issue with this location, which says a lot about their consistency. The store has moved things around over the years, and while I've noticed the clearance racks seem to shrink every time I visit (and I'm not a fan of the upcharge on XL clothing), the savings on their regular sales usually balance things out. There are always solid deals to be found if you take the time to browse, and the app plus the store card can help stack even more discounts. What I've always appreciated most is the staff. They're consistently friendly, quick at checkout, and always go out of their way to find extra savings. I also always get a warm welcome when I walk in and a thank you when I leave -- small gestures that make a big difference. I would best describe their stuff as functional and efficient. A cross between REI and LL Bean. Their fabrics are usually a cut above others and marry performance with function. This store in Kennesaw opened June 28,2019 in the same shopping center as the Michaels, Aldi and Petsmart. The sales people here are super well trained and are very attentive. They have tons of knowledge on how the item is made and what sets it apart from the rest. I am really glad they are here and can't wait to return when the crowd dies down a bit.

They are inside the mall on the top floor. Last time I was in there, they had a rewards card but check with them to see if they still have that program and if you can use your rewards card online.

Looks like they do a good job of displaying for the current season so I would be guessing, but would think they probably have 4 major updates to inventory during the course of the year. If you're shopping for a high quality purse at a reasonable price, I'd recommend coming to these outlets just to shop here before making a purchase anywhere else.
