My mom was asking about a particular iron supplement pill that she's been taking and had asked me to stop over there and see if there were any in stock. To my surprise, I found the most valuable employee in the pharmacy section, who went above and beyond her duties to help me track down this particular item that I couldn't find on my own. She was a miracle worker to me, although they didn't have the exact type of medication that I was looking for. We often overlook supermarkets and big business stores, especially ones like Walmart, but I felt the need to say "thank you" to this particular woman for going out of her way for me when she honestly didn't have to. She deserves some serious props for keeping it real when it comes to customer service, and I'll be sure to stop back there again really soon!

That's where the trouble began. They advertise 30 days trial, and if not satisfied, you can return it to choose another mattress. No refunds - initial amount must be spent in the store. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay a rather substantial return shipping fee. They stated they do not re-sell returned mattresses. Fine print on the back of the form I received at the end of the desk talk, said return is voided if stains or tears on the mattress. If you don't re-sell them, what does it matter if there's a stain? He finally said that they are shipped back to the manufacturer. If I remember correctly, 60 Minutes did a segment one time about mattresses that are sanitized then re-covered and re-sold, perhaps under another brand or name. I told them I did not want the mattress, took the small credit card tape with me and left the store, I was using a walker so I couldn't storm out. This was on August 10, 2017. Found out when I received my credit card statement two days ago, Sept.16, 2017 that they had put the sale through and I was being charged for merchandise I had neither ordered or received. Finally got ahold of the manager this afternoon, explained the whole situation, he said give him a week, I said "NO, today." I am to call him back on Wednesday to see if he straightened it out. I also called my credit card company. ADVICE: Give no personal information, especially credit card info, until you have read EVERY SINGLE WORD on the back of the information sheet he had been filling out on the computer. IN FACT, ask for that form before any information at all is given, including your name, address, etc. They say there is no additional fee if you return a mattress but what they actually mean by that is that is no additional fee beyond that which is stated in the small, fairly faint print on the back of the order form. I found a mattress that I liked but it was less money by $473.00 and I will not get the difference. Along with that I was also charged $71.00 for a mattress cover that was to be free. This is truly the worst bed I have ever had and I am NOT getting any sleep. First off I was told if I did not like the mattress my entire purchase price would be refunded on my account. My friend Denise was there and heard the entire conversation in regards to the 30 day money back refund. When I went back to the store to speak to Sam he stated I would not get the difference and that was the way it was. I got very angry as he lied to me and I told him I work to damn hard for my money and this not right. I said I was leaving as I was very upset. He told me to call once I calmed down. Also, when I went to the other store they informed me there was a $199.00 fee for returned beds which I was also not informed about.
