Whenever I'm looking to find good stuff for a good deal, I always walk away with items every visit. Of course, I am not expecting Ross to be always organized with top tier service. But as of May 2026, the bare minimum quality of service has drastically declined. Upon walking in, shoes were all over the floor, forming mountains of disorganized dump. Size stickers (like a size 9) on the wrong shoes (size 11). As I browsed through different aisles, clothes were misplaced everywhere, on floors, dangling on hangers and different sections. These are the results of a very understaffed team. But the worst part has yet to come- while I was able to find 2 items worthy of checkout, my future visits will depend entirely on how long the line gets per cashiers. I waited nearly 30 minutes in line after one of the two cashiers had to step out. Then the one cashier was having some issues with the register, so for a few minutes nothing was moving. I know their current team is doing their best, but Ross' upper management needs to realize it's unacceptable that people waited this long to the point the line reached the beauty section! Previously, on several occasions, we tried to come to the store during their hours ( we checked…read moreonline ) and each time we found a sign in the window the same sign they've been using for months and a sandwich board on the sidewalk saying that they were open, but yet the door was locked. Nobody was on the premises. The last time we went, we decided to go into the coffee shop and we waited and ordered a drink and sat down for half an hour. Finally, I asked one of the barista if anybody was ever next-door. And they told me around 6 o'clock. Somebody shows up to take the placard off the sidewalk and at least at that moment there's somebody in the store. So after three attempts we'd given up. But then I just happened to look at their website and I saw a piece I absolutely wanted. So I bought it after trying to get the owner's attention via texting and calling and through their website. I wanted to make sure they still had it in stock Apparently the number that's associated with the shop is a separate cell phone and I guess they leave it in there when they close the door. When I had said, I tried to get in there several times she goes. Oh no, we always have someone there so she was basically calling me a liar by dismissing me and talking over me. So anyway, then we're waiting to hear when they can deliver it and finally decided no we're just gonna go in and pick it up because I measured it would fit in the car so we went over and luckily right when we got there there was somebody opening the door not the woman I had spoken to but a different girl . She at least was very nice but after already buying the piece online when I looked at it in person, I saw it had several condition issues that were not mentioned but thankfully I'm handy and I knew I could take care of it. But I shouldn't have to take care of it for spending $2000. I shouldn't be cutting and glueing in new drawer stops and oiling a dry finish because those were easy fixes they should have addressed . Especially in a store that tells people they refinished the items they sell! The owner touts Salvaged Stories as a studio that reinvents and refinish furniture for decades to come ..well they certainly didn't do it with this piece. I didn't like her attitude on the phone because she seemed like she was indignant that I had to try to contact her three different ways. Don't tell me the skies, green honey when I know it's blue. I will add that once we finally did get to walk the store a little bit as their employee readied the piece by taking the accessories off, which should've been done the the day I bought it, we noticed that there wasn't really much in there and most of it is the same container stuff that many dealers around here bid for online because over in Britain it's worth next to nothing. It's an easy way to cheaply source mid-century designs, but they are a totally different design aesthetic than American mcm. In any event, this place gets one star for attitude, lack of service and lack of respect for the things they sell when they're selling at top dollar. On their website, they make a big showing of having sold a prop or two to the TV show Landman and having something in a commercial that I can't even find for Mexican avocados. Big deal. I'm not impressed. And Salvaged Stories is all about "impressions" and pretentiousness. My final thought - they take these furniture pieces that they basically do nothing to and put this little brass plaque inside a drawer with their shop logo on it as if they're taking credit for something that is not theirs. If that's not pretentious, I don't know what is. That little brass plaque with their logo on it went right into the rubbish because I don't wanna be reminded where I bought it from.

This is an indoor mall, with expansions (stores all around outside also). In addition, the movies theater is fantastic! The Rave Cinemas 18 and XD is comfortable, easy to access. And has delicious popcorn. The refreshment lines tend to back up, so get your snacks early.

Now, I am one to bring a sweater with me even in the summer bc stores are so chilly and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this store felt like the surface of the sun. I was melting. Made for an uncomfortable visit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was due to the Reno. The toy section is split into numerous locations which was confusing. Right when we thought we found it, it was only a single sided aisle and was like- this is not it. Then we'd find it again. Nope, only a small row. Again, probably due to the Reno. Items we needed weren't on the shelf but after going to customer service, they had 11 in stock and needed to send someone in the back to get us them. So that was good. An alright value. $10 wired headphones not terrible. $5 for the adapter to be able to plug it into an iPad. Hope they last. Workers were friendly and helpful.
