Soooo... they're renovating the store right now so things are a bit weird right now. First, the store was so hot. Now, I am one to bring a sweater with me even in the summer bc stores are so chilly and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this store felt like the surface of the sun. I was melting. Made for an uncomfortable visit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was due to the Reno. The toy section is split into numerous locations which was confusing. Right when we thought we found it, it was only a single sided aisle and was like- this is not it. Then we'd find it again. Nope, only a small row. Again, probably due to the Reno. Items we needed weren't on the shelf but after going to customer service, they had 11 in stock and needed to send someone in the back to get us them. So that was good. An alright value. $10 wired headphones not terrible. $5 for the adapter to be able to plug it into an iPad. Hope they last. Workers were friendly and helpful. read more

Lately Target has been out of stock on so many items. My most current DriveUp order had four things missing. They told me they were out of stock, but still charged me for them. Sounds very suspicious. read more

This is a big beautiful target store. So much great stuff here. I dropped $122 bucks this trip (I hate myself) but I like shopping at a big target and can get great stuff I need. It's a regular target, not a super target. That being said, they do have almost the same stock give or take. My experience is with Drive Up as the Alliance location (the location closest to me) didn't have the Millie Moon diapers I buy in stock. I decided to put an order in first just to make sure Eastchase location had it before driving all the way over here. Thankfully they did though! Drive Up was quick, I checked in the ap once I arrived and as I was updating my status on Yelp the lady pulled up with my order. So o didn't wait long at all! There were plenty of parking spaces for both Drive Up and regular spaces for going inside to shop, not busy at all. read more

Stopped in to this Target on a Friday afternoon and wow what a mess. Clothes everywhere on the floor. Stock of products sitting in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves. Employees talking to each others on their live radios gossiping. It was kind of embarrassing. read more

I was in the self-checkout and I had a question about an item. The lady working there just looked at me and did not respond. i asked her again and she did not respond. The third time I told her that I asked her a question and she got rude. Another woman shopping there had to put in her two cents about the situation. Target is a chain that does consistency well. If you have shopped at target, you know what to expect at any location: a clean store, decent clothes, slightly higher grocery prices but generally good quality, lots of employees of high school and college age, and a speedy self-checkout. Airlines lost my luggage and after two weeks of waiting it was time to pick up some essentials. Enter Goodfellowes, Target's new line of men's clothing which is perfect for my work and fun style needs. The clothes are reasonably priced and well made. Dressing rooms are large and clean. I was one of only a few using them at the time, so no wait was required. The attendant is sometimes there, sometimes not. I was not limited in the number of selection I took into the dressing rooms, though I think there I am supposed to have only 5. I also needed some stuff from the pharmacy section and found ample choices in my price range. I've been shopping Target for toys for years and now that Toys'R'Us is gone, Target and Walmart are the only players in the kids birthday gift game. They always have something that will work in whatever budget limitations I have. Also worth a mention is the ease of returns. I bought some jeans at another store and decided I didn't like them. brought them in to the returns counter here and the only question she asked was. "Back on your Mastercard?" Yup. Done! read more

I went to this location to got to Starbucks and it the Starbucks was closed. I asked an employee why and they told me that it was closed because the store was shorthanded. I asked if they sell Starbucks bottled coffee and the employee told that do not because of there is a Starbucks at their location. This is not the first time this has happened. If the Starbucks not going to be opened, then why have one inside the store? Not going back, I hope that when the corporate office has store closings this one will be one to be close. read more

This Target is an embarrassment to Targets. An absolute mess! There were clothes all over the place in the clothing sections. There was a line 6 people long at the Customer Service counter, but no employees. Everyone just standing, waiting, looking at each other wondering if we were ever gonna be helped. The employees who were "working" just seemed to be moping around, avoiding people. Never go to this store if you can avoid it! read more

I've been to this Target many many times since it's only a few minutes away from home. It's pretty small and I only come when I need to be in and out quickly. It just has this weird dirty vibe to it, especially the bathroom. However, I decided to write a review today because the experience I had was great due to the amazing customer service I received. The item I wanted wasn't on the sales floor and someone went to the back and grabbed it for me and not once did she make it seem like it was an inconvenience. I decided to use the stroller for baby girl today and grabbed some diapers last minute, having me maneuver a stroller with one hand. So many different employees offered to stop what they were doing to help me out and carry my items for me. The guest services desk is always so nice, too. Whether I need help with a pick up order or need to return something. The store itself isn't the greatest, but I love the customer service here and that honestly makes such a big difference. read more

I'm definitely a fan of Super Targets, so this particular location, which isn't one, doesn't have the variety that I love. While they're typically very clean, organized, convenient, and much easier to get in and out of than the super stores, I've left here on more than one occasion empty-handed because they don't seem to have a lot of options. There is simply less of everything, particularly in the grocery and clothing departments! I stopped by recently to pick out a tie for Adam for an event, assuming they'd at least have one solid color. They literally only had 3 options (all prints) and maybe 6 or 7 ties total in the whole store. Is that weird? It seemed odd to me. There's also been several times where I've gone in and found a dress/shirt/skirt I liked, but they only had 1 or 2 sizes available. Same thing with shoes. I wouldn't complain if this didn't seem to always be the case! What I do appreciate about this location is that because they are smaller, parking is better, the check-out lines move quicker, and you can navigate the store quickly and easily. Their home decor and kitchen departments are pretty well stocked and always have new items, and while the grocery section is pretty tiny, they have all of the essentials. I'll continue to come here because it's close and you never have to wait long in line. Perfect for quick errands! read more

This target is great. There is always a lot of parking, it is very clean and organized. The staff is great, always saying hello and being friendly. If you ask for something they will tell you right where it is. They have pretty much anything you could want, gym stuff, food, wine, beer, clothes, ect. read more

The more I visit Target stores around the country, the more I appreciate their consistency, cleanliness, and selection. There will be some slight variation on certain items (for example, wine here but not liquor, regional beverages, etc.), but otherwise you know what you'll find and can almost even navigate blindly. I'm still going to shop at the small, independent, businesses as much as I can, but it's nice to know stores like this one provide that sense of reliability when you need it. read more

Tried to EXCHANGE a pair of shoes for another, wider pair for my toddler. I bought the first pair YESTERDAY, but I can't find my receipt. They only offered me a third of what I paid for the shoes to go toward the new pair. They are stealing money... completely taking advantage of busy, exhausted mommas who can't seem to keep up with a little piece of paper receipt. This new exchange policy is so shady. UPDATE: I decided to call the manager. This situation just didn't sit well with me. She was kind and heard me out, and offered to exchange the shoes, and put any remaining money on a Target card. I went to Target with my grandma to get some toilet paper but everyone knows when you go shopping you always end up with more than you went in for. Well we were looking for a specific type of lunchable and they were all out on the shelf. Not even five minutes later an employee named Deanna came and checked on us and went to the back and came back with about 5 handfuls. This one is a hard one because Target RARELY disappoints. This one in particular has a very rude staff member. It was young African American male on 3/17/20 at around 6:45pm. His badge said "New Member" so definitely a disappointment when you're new to a team. I was searching for something and he was behind the counter in the technology department so I thought I'd ask where something was that said it was in stock on the App. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP AT ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO TALK TO HIM. He then pointed in the air saying "it should be over there" LIKE WHERE? Because he just pointed at 20 aisles. I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS AT WALMART. Actually, Walmart is better than that. Tough pill to swallow, Target.... Target is a nice big pretty store always clean and bright. This location is just that big bright and clean. They have plenty of items to choose from. The men's clothing section is not that big. But you might find something. I don't shop at Target but once in a while. I'm just a Walmart guy. But Target does a good job. The checkouts are fast usually short lines of people. This location has groceries. If you want to do one stop shopping. Service is fine you really just help yourself but at checkout. read more

Just a usual visit to this Target last night... I ended up getting a cheap cat toy (we were just browsing really), and my girlfriend purchased a new purse on clearance. Thankfully, the staff in the front of the store work together when things get busy. There was only one cashier at the registers and the line started to back up. I am a huge target shopper so I have been to most targets all over DFW. This one is smaller than most but pretty stocked up so I don't mind that it is smaller. This location is close to me but I now go to the super target off 360 which is the same distance. The only reason I switched to the other target is because at this target you need to watch the prices! (Especially if it's on sale) I ended up having to take pictures of prices on everything I put in my cart because it will ring up a different price at the register! I know a lot of people might not notice but I count every penny in my bank account and I also know how much my total will be before I check out. I don't like to play with my money and not know where it went lol That being said it's just a hassle to do that or get to the register and have to walk back to take a picture of the price to show the person at the cash register that the price is wrong. They do always fix the price so I will give them that but it's just a hassle and a little time consuming. read more

Eastchase Parkway Target is my favorite! They always have the stuff I want and need. I can always count on the staff to help me with whatever I need. Sometimes the bathrooms are the cleanest . I used to visit this target more often when I lived in the area. I've never had any issues at all. The customer service there is stellar! I went through self checkout today & the young guy there noticed on of the items I was purchasing had a coupon on cartwheel. How sweet was that?! He could have just let me scan away and not say a word. Its the little tiny things like that that make this Target great. read more

I love Target! It's personally my favorite supermarket! This review is nothing against them, but It's against their Starbucks. I know Target doesn't have full control over their Starbucks, but their employees were very rude. I have a daughter, who is really nervous about going up to people and giving her order to them, so when I saw what they did to her, it really made me mad. She went up there to order her drink, and the employees completely ignored her. They kept looking back at her, but never answered. When one finally came up to her, she said the other employee would take her order. Then the employee came up, and acted VERY annoyed. The employee made her drink, and gave it to her. They only did this to her, and I think it was because she is a minor. I wish I could leave a review just for the Starbucks itself, and not Target as a whole. Please still shop at this Target, but If you're a minor, please do not order from this Starbucks. I hope the staff on there can learn to be a bit nicer to our impressional young kids, and not be jerks to them. So overall, this Target is good, but their Starbucks is not. read more

Great store and close to home. They seem to have a good selection. I always have fun shopping in the little area as you come in the door. Little gifts and fun items. Seems like I always walk out with something from there. By walk out, I mean I actually pay for them. I buy my greeting cards there as well as some of my over the counter meds. And tehy seem to have more checkers than you know where. read more

I primarily use Target as a grocery store. If you treat this location more like a large convenience store than a full-on grocery store, you'll be set. They don't have a lot of the selection you find at an average grocery store, but if you're local and need some essentials, it's good enough. Just don't be too surprised when they don't have everything you need/want. read more

This target is nothing special. It actually seems a little smaller then other targets. My wife and I only went in for trash bags. After looking around for a few minutes that's all we left with. If it was a bigger target, we probably would have left with $100 worth or stuff. read more
