Typical Big Lots except they need to straighten and stock shelves in areas. A little junkier than other Big Lots.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! This men's warehouse is awful, specifically the guy named Trent was extremely…read moreunhelpful and honestly bad at his job. He fitted us initially and was extremely rude, (staff kept saying he was a 'new' guy)unhelpful, and even changed the date of my wedding in their system. (Had to correct it 2 times) he also got all of the colors of the vests completely wrong which we also had to correct. and 3 of my groomsmen's (including mine) measurements were wrong, went to try my tux and the pants were way too short. Also had to get a vest last second which was the wrong color from the rest. THAT WE DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL THE WEDDING!!! If you go here and the guy Trent tries to help you, ask for literally anyone else. Roger was absolutely awesome, literally the best! Trent could learn a few things from that guy, like how to do his job.

It has been a while since I shopped at Men's Wearhouse. Two reasons why I decided to come back was…read morethey had the brand dress pants I wanted and they also had in house tailor. There was busy but they were amount staff to handle all the customers if every staff members were helping a customer but they were not. Some were busy talking with each other then helping customers. I had to wait for a while to be helped but I was helped by very nice and friendly gentleman. He helped me with picking out the pants in the colors that I wanted and the size I needed. And then he measured me, so the pants could be tailored. Now the problem...I am US Army Veteran. The Men's Wearhouse has several displays in the store for collecting donation for veterans. So Men's Wearhouse collects donations all year round but it turns out they DO NOT offer discount to veterans...only once or twice per year. And they have the nerve to ask for donations to veterans before you can complete your transaction at the payment screen. To me that seems to be money making for Men's Wearhouse scam and not to help the veterans. As a veteran, I encourage all veterans and veteran organizations to boycott Men's Wearhouse!

I enjoy shopping at the Fort Worth Bins and visit frequently. One of the reasons I continue to come…read moreback is because, for the most part, customers and staff are respectful, and you're able to shop at your own pace without feeling pressured to participate in the chaos that can sometimes happen when new bins are rolled out. I consistently find great items and have had many positive experiences here. The only issue I experienced recently left me confused. I often shop for several hours, and my husband accompanies me for safety. We bring a small portable step stool that belongs to us so he has a place to sit near our cart while I shop. Our name is clearly marked on the stool, and on previous visits we have always checked with the front desk to let them know it is our personal property. We were told that was fine. During our most recent visit, management informed my husband that he either had to pay for the stool or take it back to the car. Since the stool belongs to us, this was confusing. If there is a policy prohibiting personal seating items inside the store, I completely understand and would be happy to comply. My concern was not the policy itself, but the way the situation was handled. As a regular customer who spends over $200 a week at this location, I believe kindness and respectful communication go a long way. At the end of the day, people may not always remember what was said, but they will remember how they were treated. A little kindness is one of the best things we can offer each other.
