Everything was fine, though everything was extremely messy and cluttered. We were followed by an employee after we looped around the store to look at everything. It was quite persistent and discomforting to be followed (not so discreetly) by an employee, we had looped back towards the floor panels and rugs of the store as we're renovating a room in our home and wanted to see prices. This employee was on our behinds (to put it nicely) so we moved out of the way assuming he had to get to the backroom where there was a staff area. He had stood beside us for 2-3 minutes just watching us and then pretending to go through the floor panels. I understand staff must have precaution for customers stealing or causing issues as I've worked in retail for some years, but to be persistently behind customers and invading their space while they're just trying to shop and look around without any cause? Unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Ollie's again. I will also be averting my friends and family from shopping here as well.

I suspect that this may not align with Foodfair's standard practices, as the sandwich spread has become excessively chunky. Due to these concerns, I have decided to discontinue my visits to the deli. Unfortunately, I have witnessed staff mistreating senior customers, which I believe is unacceptable. It is essential to recognize that customer satisfaction is crucial to the success of the business. I was convinced by the sales person that I need a 9.5 even though my last Hoka's were a 9 (he looked it up). I purchased these on 5/29/25 and did not wear the shoes until our first day of vacation on 6/14/25. By the time I returned from shopping that day my feet were raw due to the excessive movement in the shoe as they are too big. I just got back from vacation on 6/22/25 and could not return the shoes before that time as I was out of town. When I called they said there was nothing they could do as far as a return since I was outside the 20 day return policy. Even though I was not in town to return them I asked...no, sorry, that is the policy. I will not be returning to Roberts and am now out of $150 for a pair of shoes that I cannot wear! So much for personalized service. After a 2nd call to Roberts and speaking to the person who sold me the shoes, they agreed to let me return my shoes and order me a new pair. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back! Thanks for making things right!

The nexy day, instead of taking their funds from the initial $120 that it took, it charged me a second time, causing me to be $-88 in the hole. I didn't know this had happened until I stopped to get gas, and couldn't. I contacted customer support at every number and email that I could find, and they keep telling me there's nothing they can do, and I was only charged once. My bank says Kroger is who has the hold on my funds and they can't do anything unless Kroger releases them. I will never buy anything from them ever again. It cost me $240 for a $120 order, and I have to get a ride to work until I get paid because I can't even get gas.

Today the pad didn't even bother to ask. False advertising 2) fuel pump handles are broken so you can not pump hands-free. Especially frustrating on a bitter cold windy day when your clinging to the side of your vehicle to try and stay warm. 3) these complaints have been made. They fall upon the ears of employees who could care less. Forget about getting a smile or a hello. Many, many other fuel options nearby. If you want to use Kroger Rewards, go to Kroger just around the corner or use the Shell station on Rt 60 and Washington Blvd.
