I wish people would just do their job, and if it's done well, they'll get a good rating. If it's done crappy, then they'll get a bad rating. That's just all there is to it. Pro tip: if possible, go in the middle of the day on a weekday because that's when the store is pretty much dead and you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes, if you know what you're looking for.

It's not know for being cheap but the quality of most items are definitely worth the price points. They also have great sales pretty often and their loyalty program is legit.
