I said I'd just like to exchange a gift. She asked who had given it to me and I gave her my friend's name. She said they would not exchange without a receipt. I said I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift) and I felt it would be rude to ask for one. She said if I didn't want to ask for the receipt they wouldn't exchange- even though the transaction is in their POS register. They not only refused, they did it in an incredibly rude tone and manner as I'd barely made it inside the store and was very polite. I just turned around and walked out. I'll never go back. Upon entering the store, I immediately felt overwhelmed. Soooo much stuff and it's all over the place. Not a good sign. I loss interest quickly.
