The selection of products were good, however I didn't find a couple of key things that I wanted. Not that they don't have them but maybe not the exact thing. Like they have plenty of pillows but maybe not a pattern to match your decor. It's hit or miss depending on their inventory. That did not stop me from walking out with several items I did want. It's kinda like going to a thrift store but everything is new! I have to point out that they seem to be doing a great job with Covid precautions. When I walked in there were two employees handling out face masks if needed and they had a table with hand sanitizer. They were offering carts that had been sanitized. Throughout the store they had the one way decals on the floors. Upon checkout they sanitize the entire counter area between customers. I will definitely return to this location to shop again!

The outer-facing stores, the food court, and of course the dedicated mall walkers seem to be what keep the space active. That said, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Saturday farmers market. It's definitely a great reason to visit during the winter months. There were lots of food and craft vendors, and it brought some much-needed energy and community feel back into the mall.

I was disappointed to see that some stores had relocated, but I was happy to see a lot of familiar stores prospering. I have always enjoyed ambience and aromas while walking the main corridor. The entire mall is blessed with staff that is very Wisconsin friendly. All were helpful in helping our small group find and direct us to the appropriate stores to make our purchases. We needed some special products and because of their help we were able to locate them. As we walked in the main corridor staff members were saying hello and giving out samples, including food and fragrances. The mall staff/security were very helpful also. We were trying to find the best place to stand to get public transportation. He not only told us, but he took us there and stayed with us until public transportation arrived. He was the perfect representative for Southridge Mall! Great stores such as Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Mrs Fields, Cinnabon, Foot locker, Claire's, JCPenney and many others are all located at this mall. They're undergoing renovation but it is worth a trip. Easy parking in the front or behind for those that decide to drive. Public transportation from buses to trains have stops located near entrances. I hope new stores will find their way to this location.

I wish I remember the lady's name who helped me. She was amazing. She brought me sizes in a couple items that I misjudged my size. She also gave me honest feedback when I asked her how a dress looked on me. I love how great the employees are at Nordstrom in Florida and then here in Wisconsin. The sale ended today. This store is the best. It was very well organized and had beautiful displays. I bought a few items. I would have bought more, but I wasn't thrilled with how some things looked on me. That is on me. They provided a beautiful breakfast box. I don't even like breakfast but found some very unique snacks and fancy cookies made up just for this occasion.
