For food you have Burgatory, Dee's, Moe's, Jersey Mikes, Starbucks, Millies and First Watch. There is a great nail salon, a store that sells high end crafted items and a liquor store. There are even fitness related businesses (pilates and barre). The parking, though, seems to have been designed to support a lot less traffic than what comes through the plaza. It is always a mad house and a dash to find parking spaces. And you feel like you are putting your life at risk if you try to cross the parking lot on foot. It has gotten a little better since the opened the space between McDonalds and the plaza (easier access to the traffic signals to get to 22). But it is hard to get into and out of, especially if you need to make a left.

They get people through lines fairly quickly, seem generally knowledgeable about products and when there is an issue, a manager generally comes fairly quickly. The drive up is always wonderful. Staff is always courteous and efficient. The one time I did experience a longer than expected wait, someone came over to the car and said they had a high volume of cars at the time (which they did) and they apologized for the delay. This was a nice touch so I didn't have to worry or wonder what was going on. That being said, they could do a better job of maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the store. And keep the shelves better stocked. The worst, though, is the bathrooms. They always seem to be a hot mess.

They've continued to innovate into today by offering curbside pickup & expanding their self checkout. I've noticed these changes since shopping here since 2019 & this location has made huge leaps & bounds by offering what I've just mentioned recently. My shopping experiences have improved in checkout efficiency. Even full service checkout has a little improvement as I've observed 3-4 checkout lanes open recently vs 1 lane more backed up then Pittsburgh tunnel traffic at rush hour. Checkout experiences will vary as some cashiers have knowledge pertaining to non-traditional payments like Healthy Benefits (United Health OTC/Grocery benefit) or store credit card. Eight times out of 2 my checkout experiences have been efficient & reasonably quick while offering satisfactory customer service. Associates strive to assist customers in other areas throughout this store. Each dept offers only essentials within merchandise selections. If your sewing auto or home improvement projects involve beyond their selections of your needs. Go elsewhere. Store cleanliness remains above average; they could stand to maintain their restrooms better & dressing rooms with less items & other clutter left inside. Shopping areas seem to be maintained well as I didn't see any problems with the floors furnishings or anything filthy for that matter. Organization tends to remain a problem but it's kept to a minimum possible & kept as such by dedicated store employee's & OCD (Yes I organize things there too) customers. My main patronage consists of groceries or merchandise from their pharmaceutical section. Grocery selection remains on par with Giant Eagle or Khun's offering 3 basic depts (Bakery Deli & Meats/seafood) & sometimes more expanded depending on what foods youre looking for. I love their pizza selection as theirs is unique carrying primo brands not found elsewhere. Same goes with their other foods or beverages. I shop their electronics occasionally & they've begun offering brands & items you'd usually find within best buy or other major electronics stores. Other service offered on premises is their TLE (Tire Lube Express) offering basic maintenance services from tire repair oil chances along with other selected car maintenance services. I'll elaborate more about TLE within their yelp. Their other related auto service is their Walmart fuel station across the lot (I've reviewed them recently). Despite waiting for a week, the items were still not shipped, which was inconvenient as I needed them before leaving on my trip in two weeks. Jen was very understanding and quickly canceled my order, processing a refund for me. It would be even better if they could improve their efficiency in fulfilling orders promptly.

When I contacted the store to correct it and asked for the past year's missed offer, the owner (Tom Michael) refused, even though the mistake was caused by their own staff. Instead of honoring the gift card I should have received, I was only offered a donation made "in my name" to a charity. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.

For several years, my husband and I have been Executive members of Costco, and we have off and on shopped at this Costco. This store includes departments of groceries, electronics, jewelry, appliances, clothing, accessories, health and beauty, books, optical, hearing aid center, pharmacy, food court, gas station, tire center, etcetera. We shop here to stock up on groceries (e.g., chicken, salmon, pierogies, asparagus, caesar salad, and granola bars), household cleaning products (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, and pods for laundry and dishes), and hygiene products (e.g., contact solution). They also have good deal on gift cards, winter coats, computers, and batteries. We think that Costco's products are a high quality and that their prices are low. I often forget to bring my large tote bags from home, so I appreciate that Costco provides free cardboard boxes near the cash registers. The cashiers have always accurately rung up our purchases and politely thanked us.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to not only try and get around them with their GIANT carts as well as the regular shoppers? One literally parked their cart blocking my way out of the orange aisle. This hassle continued throughout the entire store. Not only have the curbside parking spots outnumber the handicap by an astonishingly high number but now they're getting run of the store.
