Many years ago when I was a teenager, I sometimes shopped at Rainbow Shops. Now that I am older and have more money, I rarely shop here, but I recently felt curious about their merchandise so stopped in. An employee made eye contact with me and walked way rather than speak with me. The racks were packed with many styles of shirts, sweaters, pants, dresses, jackets, and more. The quality of the fabrics, sewing, etcetera was OK. Prices were fairly low. I found a few t-shirts in different colors that I liked and that each cost only several dollars.

We did actually buy me a shirt from here though, one of those loose-fit ones that looks cute but I probably won't wear it much. It feels nice though, I'll give it that. This H&M is in a large physical space and offers a wide variety of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, and more for fairly low prices. As I walked around the store, I saw no employees, so perhaps they could do a better job of welcoming customers. I found a few tops that I liked--a tank top on clearance for $10, a sweater for $15, and another sweater for $8. The tags said that the clothing was made in countries such as Myanmar and Vietnam, which I assume have low-cost labor.
