Simply put, this particular store once took pride in organizing and displaying merchandise, meaning those who ran this store cared as much about second-hand items and those that donated and bought as much as if the items were new. Everything had its place, set upon shelves and racks with care. That is no longer true. Merchandise looks as if it were just tossed on a shelf, to land as it might. Racks of clothes are not even attempted to be adequately sorted by sizes or straightened. Honestly, it appears that all this store's workers despise those who both donate and shop thrift stores. I will no longer be either donating or shopping here and, believe me, from past posts you can see, I have shopped here plenty and found great finds in years past Shame on St Vincent De Paul for allowing this store to be in the shape it is.

I dropped off my ring with Anthony on a Saturday morning. It needed 2 diamonds replaced and the bottom of it was starting to crack, which I didn't even know was happening until Anthony pointed it out. I received a phone call on a Tuesday (yesterday) from his team and was told it was ready for pick up. Pictures below really show how great of a job he did Thanks so much to Anthony and his team!
