She needed my Kohls card. Told me if I used it she could give me 30% off. Otherwise it's 15% I kept looking in my wallet and not finding it. She was not happy at that point that I couldn't find it. Huffing, she said looks like 15% for this. I forgot they had changed the card. Found it and she just stood there. She did give me 30% after. I turned around and there were a few people behind me. If she was trying to hurry me, why not call for someone to help at Customer Service instead of acting like you did? It didn't solve anything and caused a review like this for Kohls. Being nice doesn't hurt anyone.

On the occasions I've groused about the available color(s), the staff has always offered to order a different color for me - great customer service, but I just buy the best color they have in stock, even if that's neon yellow and blue. I mention the limited color choices because running shoes have become fashion items, and if your goal is to complete your "outfit," or if you're shopping for picky kids, you might not find what you're looking for, at least in stock.
