This is the saddest mall I have ever seen…read more Almost all of the storefronts are completely empty. And the majority of the ones that aren't, they're accessible from the outside so you don't even have to walk through the place. The lighting is really dim, making the empty space looking even dingier. We were here over Christmas, and there was not one person there to see the saddest Santa I've ever seen. It looked like a scene out of a horror or dystopian film or something. Hobby Lobby, Bed, Bath and Beyond, and Kohl's are all here, but have their own entrances. Unless you need to go to Claire's, Bath and Body Works, or the board game store, there's really no reason to bother coming here.

The staff is pleasant, but the administrative burden placed on them borders on obnoxious. Still, considering the value, I'd probably suffer thru it again.

For a Friday night we were a little surprised (shocked?) how empty of customers it was, but they had dozens and dozens of employees on duty throughout the place. After picking up everything we needed/wanted for our 4 night stay, except for the beer and booze, we proceeded to that area of the store. It was literally chain gated off with no access. I asked a couple different employees as to why and if they had keys to let us into that area. We received a couple of blank stares and then told it was the manager's decision to lock it up at 9pm every night; and no they did not have keys to let us through. We were told we could go speak to the manager, but felt it would be pointless. We bought what we had already, which was reasonably priced (many items cheaper than at our local Walmart) and bounced, picking up cold beer and booze elsewhere. So, if you plan to buy liquor here just make sure you get there before 9pm.

Boutique shopping sounds great. When you get to these shops, which are a series of shops in succession, you might see that the turnover for the items is slow (we saw dust on some items at the Christmas boutique) and the target audience is probably your mom and dad. There are a lot of craft items here as well. The exception here is Scentualities, which had very modern lingerie and loungewear for women, as well as exceptional purfumes such as Creed.

The warehouse had a large selection of liquidation items like food seasonings, generators, appliances, clothes and shoes from brands like Eddie Bauer and Clark's, power tools, pet supplies, housewares, and damaged items. The also had Amazon mystery boxes -not something I was interested in, but it might be fun/worthwhile to buy one and see what you get.
