Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

I returned a pair of shoes that I had not used, yet the assistant manager, Oprah, treated me with complete disrespect and accused me of wearing them. I politely asked her to walk with me to the shoe department to compare the condition of the returned shoes to others on the shelf -- many of which were slightly dirty underneath just like the pair I returned. She flat-out refused. Not because she was too busy, but because she knew I was right and still wanted to be rude about it. She yelled at me in front of other customers, saying the only option I had was store credit -- even though I had the receipt and paid with my debit card. I have never used those shoes, and I was being honest. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was confrontational and disrespectful. I've shopped at Ross for years, but this was enough to make me never return to this location again. If this is how they treat honest customers, I can't imagine how they treat actual issues. Completely unacceptable.

At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.
