I have shopped here twice once in 2017 and once in 2018. This is a full service bicycle shop with knowledgeable and friendly workers. The rental process was painless and thoughtful and reasonable priced. I had occasion to visit them with a new Biria step thru bicycle the required an adjustment of the gears. As a winter Naples resident, it's sometime hard to make all the right contacts. After a Google search, I found Big Momma's for a bike repair. She could not have been more rude!!!! I called today looking for a specific bike tube to replace one on my extremely tall husband's custom bike....a 32". Big Momma proceeded to lecture me on the fact that Target/Walmart stink (not where I bought this bike, by the way) and anyone who buys any bike other than a German bike (sold by her) is an idiot. And that our bike should be trashed right away. Upon conclusion of her lengthy and abusive lecture, she said "bye" and hung up on me. I did manage to fine the necessary part online right away for next day delivery, free. If I did throw this bike in the trash, I would NEVER purchase a replacement from this high-and-mighty bike shop owner. No thank you. STAY AWAY...unless you enjoy being talked down to. read more

Just brought my son's bike in since he was complaining it wasn't riding easy (he's 4 so I took it with a grain of salt), they checked it out free of charge and adjusted almost everything. They go out of their way to accommodate, giving you the best gear they have (which is great gear), doing it all with great enthusiasm and care. We had a similar experience in which Big Momma attempted to force our grandson into a child seat that wasn't the proper fit, then jammed a bike helmet on his head that didn't fit him. The poor kid was about a year old. As Amy indicated, Big Momma was rude throughout. We will never go there again and will discourage our Naples friends and anyone else from going. read more

Great service - guys who run it are very helpful and know the area well. Down from Toronto for a vacation and rented a multi speed bike and helmet and lock. Had me off and biking in 15 mins with a free map full of bike routes, and suggested areas to see. read more

What a great experience - my 10y/o son and I rented bikes and Amy and her staff were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we were correctly sized on the bikes and knew where to go for a scenic tour near the beach. The entire experience was easy and highly affordable for an almost 2 hour ride. We met with Tony to explain what we were looking for. Rode a few different makes and models. Ended up with 2 3G's. They didn't have the model and colors we wanted and 3G was on back order. They followed up and got us the colors we wanted quickly. Set them up and delivered them straight to our door. The Mrs' was a little uncomfortable so Tony took the time with her and ended up lowering her seat just a bit. All could not be better. A big thank you to Rich and Tony!!! All I can say is that Big Mama's Amy is a true-life angel. We rented expensive bikes from Naples Cyclery and took note of their sign stating they provide absolutely no roadside assistance. Sure enough, we were cycling in a gorgeous residential neighborhood far from the madding crowd when my husband got a flat. We looked at the minimal tools provided by Naples Cyclery and knew we were in big trouble. As we struggled with the tire, out of nowhere, Big Mama miraculously appeared in her big red truck. She was sweet and funny and had the tire fixed in two minutes! Thanks to Amy for giving us a happy cycling experience in Naples. Next time we know where we will rent our bikes. read more
