If he can't repair the pressure washer for a reasonable price he has several for sale.

After graduating from high school David went to college and obtained an AS degree in electronics. After graduating from college he worked for his brother operating heavy equipment for a few years. When his brother's health caused the business to end, David operated a family salvage store for 17 years. I dropped off my snowblower and was told they would look at it within 2 days. Since I was in the…read moremiddle of moving, I was not overly concerned about a timeframe. However, after not hearing from them for over a week, I called and found out they still hadn't even looked at it. They promised me they would look at by the end of the next day. Call back 2 days later and they still haven't looked at it. Promised me they would look at it first thing tomorrow. Called back the next day at noon, and it still wasn't looked at. Once they finally looked at it, they said the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. but that the rebuild kit wasn't made anymore. If I wanted them to fix it, they would have fabricate their own parts and would cost $160 or more. They were also very eager to tell me about some of the units they had available to take home that day. I said no thanks. I was charged $40 for the "diagnostic". When I got home, I searched for less than 10 minutes and found the rebuild kit for my snowblower, as well as multiple videos on how to do a carb rebuild on my own. I did that this last winter, and it ran as well as it ever has since I've owned it. These guys are either completely dishonest, completely incompetent, or both. I will never recommend them to anyone.

SP&P were on time, not a single problem before or after, and did everything we asked. The icing on the cake was they Bid $5,000 and we got an invoice for $4,000, needless to say we were delighthed to save $1,000. The competion (we went out for a bid) was $6,000 plus. Great follow through and easier on the wallet to do business with these guys.

Customers be informed: New ownership 2021charges for drive…read moretime to site.  They are not out of Sandpoint they are coming out of Athol.  I was charged for 2 guys at $130 each an hour, and one guy $50 an hour from Athol to Sagle (95/Dufort/Lakeshore area.)  Charged 1.625 hrs one way = $503.75 so round trip $1,007.50.  This does not include the cost of work to be done it is only travel time which they say includes loading material and equipment.  This work was warranty work that was supposed to be fixed by previous owner.  Season and water levels prevented previous owner from completing work.  New owner does not recognize previous owner commitments.  Cannot evaluate the work since it was repairing an irrigation line that has not been turned on.

Also, Brian at the northside store has been exceptionally helpful and this entire process when I purchased the tub from the county fair everything from financing to delivery has been exceptional.
