It's is 9:33 and the car was taken into the bay awhile ago. I am beyond impressed, as of this moment. Car hit 6700 miles on our drive up from California. This will be the first time I've had these tires rotated. Ashley reassured me that they were set up for Teslas. sometimes i see reviews and they dissuade me from going to a place based on the experiences of…read moreothers. other times there are glowing reports and it makes me mentally bookmark a place for future needs. today i sadly didn't have much of a choice. i've bought taught at my local les schwab and had appts for tire rotations, trip checks and flat repair without any issue but that's at my local shop. today i found myself on the shoulder of i5 northbound with a flat tire and four of us realizing we weren't going to be able to hobble to the closest for the flat repair so i called roadside assistance and we swapped the affected tire out for the spare while one of my friends called the les schwab in marysville and asked if we dropped the tire once we were mobile if they could take a look and hopefully repair it. lucky me with an all wheel drive vehicle and a tire that they called me to say was too damaged to repair, i had little choice but to replace all four tires and let me just say these tires were not that old and had pretty good tread on them. thankfully i worked with jarrod who was professional, patient and understanding that we were not local and were at the mercy of whenever they could get this taken care of. he walked me through the three options they had that would fit my car (sadly, they didn't have the tire i currently had on my vehicle in stock and we were 30 miles north of where we live) and explained that they would take the tread left on my remaining tires and apply that discount to what i would be purchasing, starting me fresh with 70,000 miles guarantee and four new tires. while this wasn't on my bingo card for today, i will say that it was done quickly and jarrod was great about explaining what they'd done and wrapping up payment and guarantee to get us back on the road headed home. polite employees, quicker service than i anticipated it would be (given that we showed up without an appointment and only having alerted them via a call from the highway) and a pretty damned good deal on what i hope are tires that'll last me for the next few years. i really appreciate the customer care i was show today. jarrod was the epitome of what you think of when you go to les schwab and expect personalized service.

Recently took our car to them because we thought that there may have been a screw in one of the tires or something was wrong with it, the other 3 tires were losing pressure as well. So I made the appointment took it back sure enough there was a screw and they checked the rest of our tires but now we noticed that our front fender is separated and it wasn't before we took it in. As far as being personable or friendly to repeat customers they need some work. We won't be buying anymore tires. Miss the previous owner, always kind and pleasant and took care of his customers.

I took the battery that I bought at the lynnwood Walmart in to return it because it was used and…read morethey or somebody else had put stickers over the original one's. I was told that they would not take the return and I would need to take it to the marysville store because they have a auto center. I had purchased the battery went out to put it in and immediately walked back inside when I realized it was bad. They easily could've pulled the security footage as it was the day prior when I went to the Marysville location. The Marysville location said that I had tried to commit fraud even though I had the receipt and pictures from the previous day. She peeled off the date sticker and was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I was sitting at the desk at the Marysville location for close to a hour before anyone even came to the desk. I urged her to contact the other store so they could explain the situation and she refused. I paid 199$ for the battery and they wanted to give me 12$ for the core. It is unbelievable how shifty they are and how they get away with it. I brought both batteries in at the first store and they even walked out to my car with me so they knew that I had not switched the batteries.

Hi All, I visited…read moreMeineke Store# 2383 at 10501 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98271 on 09/07/2024 to get the issue related my 2016 Honda Accord's rear left door not locking automatically addressed. I was scheduled for the Electrical Analysis of my Car in relation to this problem. Post analysis, they concluded that the Door Actuator is degraded and needs to be replaced (screen-prints of bill and analysis report attached here in). I scheduled for having it fixed per their analysis and setup an appointment a weeks out - since the part was not readily and would that time to arrive. It was also identified that my brakes were worn out, however since they were under warranty with Firestone, I visited Firestone @Everett the next day to have that addressed and also sought second opinion / estimates for similar replacement based on above analysis. The Price they quoted for actuator replacement was more competitive and parts were made available more quickly, so decided to got with him. However, even after actuator the replacement the problem couldn't be fixed and they raised concerns about Meineke original analysis and captured this in the service bill as well. Since the original analysis was not done by Firestone, they couldn't cover for that and I have to for another round of Electrical Diagnostic with Firestone (and pay for it, though they applied discount) - only to conclude it was just a wiring issue (bill for service attached) and it could have been addressed right there, during the Electrical analysis done at Meineke on 09/07 itself - rather than going through all this pain and visits. I reached to the store, to address for the mistake they have done and trouble caused due to bad analysis and corresponding resolution at their part thrice. I was told someone from their team would call back, but none reached for a resolution - so submitting this feedback. Thanks, HK.

I can't say enough good things about Enriquez Tires. The guys there are seriously incredible…read more I needed four new (used) tires, but I could only bring in two at a time. When I brought the first two in, they were super cool and even gave me a better price than what I was quoted over the phone. That honestly meant a lot because they didn't have to say anything -- they could've just charged the original price. I thought that was super cool of him. I explained that I needed to go back home (about 5 minutes away) to swap out the other two tires and bring them in. Even though they were about to close, he told me to go grab them and that they would wait for me. Well... I had a hard time getting a couple of the lug nuts off, so it took me an extra 30+ minutes. I called and let him know what was going on, fully expecting them to say they had to close -- but he told me it was all good and to still come in. When I finally pulled up, the garage doors were shut and I was thinking I'd taken too long and they had to leave. But then the doors opened and he came out and said, "I was starting to think you weren't coming!" They waited for me -- not even knowing for sure if I would show back up. That blew me away. They didn't have an attitude. They weren't upset that their day had ended 30+ minutes earlier. They were still friendly, helpful, and ready to get my tires taken care of.They even helped unload and reload the tires into my car. I left feeling extremely grateful. It's rare to see customer service like that anymore. They went above and beyond, took time away from their evening, and treated me with genuine kindness. I really wish I would've gotten their names so I could thank them personally -- but I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated what they did. I even drove away wishing I had tipped them more because they absolutely deserved it. This is 100% the place you want to go for tires. I highly recommend Enriquez Tires, and I will definitely be going back. You will not be disappointed
