Over all this took a month, cause for the quote it took the young man a week to reach out to me, but I called back a week later to ask for the quote prices and he still didn't have the prices, so that got me skeptical. Confirmed everything over the phone and get here and nothing has arrived. Our neighbor came here and he was upset cause he too had an appointment and his tires wasn't here after even after making an appointment and making adjustments to go to a funeral. He was very upset. So I finally got the phone call that parts has arrived and got everything installed and it's nice & beautiful...only a couple of things to improve is greeting the customers, communication while standing and post signs that there's a waiting room. I didn't k on there was a waiting room at the end of short hallway. I figured there wasn't one cause everyone was waiting on the sales floor around the wheels. I stayed in a hotel for the night and then had to get on the road in a rental to continue the trip. 5 days later I returned the rental car and asked Don if he could send someone to pick me up 35 miles away in Searcy, Arkansas. Don (who is the owner by the way) picked me up himself and didn't charge anything extra. While on the road we were talking. Apparently Don is the Assistant Fire Chief. He also was able to convince the insurance adjuster that is shouldn't be collision ($500 Deductible), but should be comprehensive ($100). In the end, I paid much less than expected. Don and his crew took great care of me, my family, and my car. If you ever get caught near Des Arc, call Don!

She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake, and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.
