I have proof that he douples and triples price on parts, he charged me twice for the same thing just worded differently ,on labor. Did things i did not ask him him to do. In total he was paid $1800 dollars on a job that should have only been around $800. Also it did not run the first time i paid $1300. ....$420 the second time. That was what should have been done the first time. Also when i let Joel know that i reported him to AGO he started screaming at me and literally came after me from behind the counter and chased me out the door. In front of other customers. The repair was not necessary. I will never get another inspection from them. I would not get my oil changed there if another convenient option was available. I just don't trust them anymore. It's sad because I'm a long time customer who used to rave about them and refer folks. He asked me some questions about my car, gave a detailed, understandable explanation of variations why...from best case scenario to worst case scenario. He even went out if his way to stay a little longer at the shop to insure my car got there safely and parked where he could get it inside to warm up to begin work the next day. He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day.
