She is very kind, laidback and friendly as is the other lady who works in her office. My wife's car was returned good as new, WASHED and lightly detailed. Fyi, we did try another place in Camdenton that came recommended but their CS was nowhere close to what Barbara and her team gave us. An A+++ experience all the way around. Then suddenly they started picking out really nitpicky grey area stuff that had been in the exact condition for least 8 years, but now suddenly they had issue with them.
