I have proof that he douples and triples price on parts, he charged me twice for the same thing just worded differently ,on labor. Did things i did not ask him him to do. In total he was paid $1800 dollars on a job that should have only been around $800. Also it did not run the first time i paid $1300. ....$420 the second time. That was what should have been done the first time. Also when i let Joel know that i reported him to AGO he started screaming at me and literally came after me from behind the counter and chased me out the door. In front of other customers. But a trip for a vehicle inspection months ago turned into a $1750 suspension repair to get my vehicle to pass inspection. I did not let them do the work. I got a second opinion. The repair was not necessary. I will never get another inspection from them. I would not get my oil changed there if another convenient option was available. I just don't trust them anymore. It's sad because I'm a long time customer who used to rave about them and refer folks. I generally don't like writing bad reviews because as a small business owner I know the ramifications of doing so. I can't in good conscience not write a review. They're all about the money like almost every goods and services business out there these days. It's shameful for hardworking folks struggling to get by.
