I went to Big O' Tires on Cane Run about 10 min. before closing and still got a great reception by the manager, Tyson Straub. He took an extra 45 minutes of his time to get tires on my car because mine were in bad shape. He helped the Tech, Tim Hancock, who also stayed late so that I could be safe on the road the next day. I appreciate the quick service and very courteous way in which both guys helped me fill out the financing and get me the best tire for my budget. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the customer service at this particular location! First I called and spoke with Tyson who was extremely helpful over the phone. He encouraged me to come in for a quote and that's when I met Joe. Awesome crew! They gave me options, respectful of my concern about budget but also encouraged me to consider an option that would be financially beneficial in the long term as well. Although I woke up to a flat the following morning, because of there sincere concern and demeanor, I wasn't too bothered. Came in a while back and finally getting around to writing a review. I have a home built custom vehicle that was in need of some new tires decided to try Big O's this go round. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Tyson Straub was especially helpful in figuring out how to enter such a vehicle into the system as its not listed anywhere, I think we used a VW Beetle as that is what the front end is built from. I just knew what size and style of tires i wanted. They had me out in no time. The place was clean and comfortable and I will definatly be returning in the future with our other vehicles when the time comes. read more

This week I came to this shop not having a clue what was wrong with my car. The gentleman who helped me out was amazing at answering all of my questions and explaining to me what we could do. I walked in, waited about 7 minutes before I handed over my keys and 25 minutes later the battery was replaced and I was on my way! Our 2008 BMW 328XI has been leaking oil for quite some time that was discovered during inspection by another shop. The cause we were told was an oil pan gasket leak. The cost is 1k!. Very labor intensive. My wife took the car after work to this shop Big O Tires for a second opinion. They were nice enough to jack it up and look and clean it. They advised us to keep an eye on it and bring it back if we continue to see it leak and for them to more easily see the cause. My wife commented how nice and courteous they were to her. Got my tire rotation and tire valve replaced here and as usual the service was great and fast. These guys will always go out of there way to satisfy a customer. You can't beat the prices either!
