I…read morehave actually tried to do my own tire rotations but it's about a million times easier to take it in to someone with all the good equipment (especially power tools). Not only is it easier, but Discount Tire doesn't charge anything for this service, which is super nice. There are times that this line can get insanely long. When I came in the other day, it was all the way out the door. I am not even kidding. However, you could tell that everyone working was busy and trying their best so I am not even remotely bothered by this. The girl that greeted me and took my keys had a smile on her face and was one of the nicest people I have ever come across. She was super transparent about certain things costing extra and didn't make me feel pressured into buying extra things. The guy that checked me out at the end was not only super nice but actually walked me out to my car to make sure my Jeep was all squared away. Everything was done right and I appreciate the care they take with my Jeep. I don't trust just anyone with my Jeep but I most definitely trust this location. The last time I was in, they misplaced two of my caps but then they were replaced this time around. They aren't the same color anymore but it's better than nothing. Yet they still didn't follow best practices, they didn't torque my wheels (I did when I got to the next campground). I didn't think about looking at the air pressures, the pressure they should be at is 110 PSI cold and they set them to ~85 PSI on both. That could've costed me my trailer. First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I sat in chat to resolve it with no luck. They told me I had to call after confirming a bunch of information. So, I sat on hold to resolve it. The person I did work with when I got through was kind and polite. But it took 22 minutes after 20 minutes in chat. Well, that's some serious BS. You don't get to take the money first and then make me jump through hoops to get the product. You *can* take my card because you did. You had to refund it. Then I had to buy with Paypal. Absurd. It makes zero sense. If you are worried about fraud, maybe don't run my card in the first place. Buyer beware. I have never met an online retailer who made it this hard to give $1000 of my hard-earned American dollar until yesterday. I spent an hour of my day dealing with this. What would have to be true to: -place two orders on Amazon on the same day for two different Tusks products that were fulfilled through two different Amazon sellers (RM & MX Powerplay) and to have gross QA issues with each? I brought the matter to the attention of Malishea T. at RM - Tusk's OEM. And despite having the Amazon Store that sold the crashers and was also the Sales rep for MX PowerPlay the seller of the panniers and to whom the returned panniers were shipped to.... And she politely responded and did not wish to get involved. In business, accountability and integrity matters. You don't get a pass for not managing your resellers or for building shoddy products. RM makes some very inspiring build videos. Watch them.. but don't buy the products because they absolutely will not stand behind their Brand. At what point are we emabarrassed?
