All of them were caused by other people except for 1, but I have used this shop for all of them. I can say, without a doubt, that this is the best body shop I have ever seen. The people there are very professional and friendly. Brandy, who handles the office, has been extremely helpful. She has even taken me home and picked me up when they didn't have a loaner available. They have recently expanded into a huge facility next to their old one (which they are now using as a painting area). They are very good at what they do. In one case, when my car was totaled, the previous owner actually found a replacement vehicle for me up in Morgan UT and drove me there to pick it up. These people go above and beyond. They also did a repair of my rear sensor for $40 when the dealer wanted $1200 for a new rear bumper. They also helped my son-in-law get a replacement rear window for his Expedition at a fraction of the cost from a dealer. Do not have signing up about no dead heading and no car parking in the truck parking however…read more There are several trucks park in the red zone (fire truck and gasoline regulations about parking near pumps). And we are an oversized load and require 2 spaces to accommodate the load we are carrying. You allow a truck to park in a non existent space between us and the tractor trailer next to us. I have no issues bringing in DOT or the local fire and police authorities to handle the concerns we are currently having with Loves Management and uniform application of parking. We have been parked here all day awaiting permits and not one single employee or driver has been non understanding of our over dimensional load being parked double. Yet your manager will walk out here and insist he is just. His truck will fit easily into the car/truck parking in the front. He isn't carrying a load, doesn't have a trailer and literally doesn't have any of his DOT licensing displayed. So again how do you even know he is a commercial vehicle. Looks like a work truck to me. Police or don't police the parking lot but don't come out here and walk past 6 trucks parked in a red zone to come get involved if you aren't going to uniformly apply your own rules.
