They were the only shop that could diagnose the problems with my 97 Cadillac Seville and fixed the ever-present electrical problems. At a good price too. I also had a problem with my engine that others quoted me $1,000 to $2,000. Their mechanic saw that it was a fairly simple problem, fixed it and charged me $125. Also, yes, I've had things go wrong with something they put it. They always immediately sought to make it right by replacing or fixing the problem without charge. Sometimes they get really backed up so it's frustrating to not get my needs addressed immediately. But, suck it up and find a time if you care to get it done right.

About a year ago-and-a-half ago, my truck's transmission blew up. Without getting into a bunch of…read moremechanical details, transmission fluid spewed into my entire coolant system as well. I had the radiator and replaced and flushed by a different shop than Action. Action then replaced my transmission. After driving the remanufactured transmission they installed, it failed. Without question, they honored their warranty and replaced it with another one free of charge. Not only did they do this, they wanted to make dang sure it didn't happen to me again, and one of the points of failure they thought could've been the radiator that other shop (not affiliated with them) claimed they flushed. I warrantied out the radiator through the other shop, and Again, at their own expense, they installed a new one for me. I am extremely grateful for action, and the good-heartedness of them.

But after getting my truck registered and the weather changing I realize that there was no heat on the passenger floor of my new to me F150. I paid $20K + for the truck it and it would cost $1800 to get it fixed. I only asked for $900. I spoke with Nick 4 or 5 times and he was going to 'talk to'Chris... Chris NEVER CALLED ME. Nick offered me a measly $250 saying they only made $500 on selling the $20,000 truck. Either they hid the fact that someone kicked the HVAC unit under the passenger side dash with duct tape. Or their inspection isn't worth anything. I pulled the car fax on the truck and it was a fleet truck in Canada then sold to an auction company prior to Utah Motor Company buying it and shipping it to Spanish Fork UT. So either they knew about it or both Utah Motor Company and the Auto Auction company never tested the heat or looked under the dash. I spent the $1800 and I have heat now, but buyer beware, make sure you do a very good inspection on you purchase because they won't stand by or be very communicative with you after the fact. Attached is a picture of my SUV with a blown transmission that they gave me $500 for now for sale for $8000.

I wish so badly…read more I've been calm and even tempered with them, I still don't have the title for my truck, and now I'm finally writing this review because the guy **hung up** the phone on me when I asked, now a month later, how to finally get the title. So, my experience: They priced a truck at one price. When I came in they raised the price $2k, said it was a clerical error that it was ever priced lower. My wife and I walk out of the building to chat about the deal, and he comes chasing us out, "oh, we can actually honor our pricing". Shoulda passed. But they seemed so, nice, and so honest. It's a diesel with high miles, but I'm already in an extra $4k fixing issues with this truck, and have a few thousand dollars yet to go. But it looked so clean underneath and under the hood when I had it checked out... Then they've been stringing me along about getting me the license plates. They've told me several times when I'll get the plates, or "they have the plates", or "they'll go get the plates from their guys", or "they're already in the mail", and of course, they came weeks later. When I said, "this is frustrating they take so long", he **threatened**, "well do you want your plates or not?". I kept my cool, and was able to calm him back down but only just.There are two main guys there, they've both treated me like this. With calm perseverance over a couple weeks, I was able to receive the plates a couple days before my temp permit expired. So, plates just arrived, a month later. They told me when I bought the truck that they'd send me the title when I got the plates. Nope. I called them just now and asked how to get the title. He says, "oh that'll be 10 more days". I say, tamping down my frustration, "that's too bad, you should consider hiring a title/registration company that can do these things on time." He hung up on me. I have this all documented, so I'll look forward to hearing if they attempt to refute anything I'm saying.

First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML! I had Kevin come this morning and mount tires on my basically brand new gangster wheels for my 4runner. Not a scratch in sight, in fact I think he cleaned them before putting them back on. I was happy to have him go ahead and swap another set for me onto my GTI and same thing, perfect outcome. Great conversation and was efficient with his time. The best part was I didn't die. At all. Not once!
