We were traveling from Oceanside, CA to Lakewood, CO. After noticing one of our tires had a bulge and leaking air we stopped in to see if it could be repaired. $1540 later we had a new set of tires! 100 miles toward Grand Junction we noticed one of the new tires was really low. We had to change the tire out with the spare in 100 degree Temps. Got to the Big O tire in Grand Junction this morning and they said it was the valve stem which wasn't changed out when the tires were replaced. Turned our 12 hour day into a 16 hour day! read more

Came into down from Florida. Van was vibrating and we pulled over off I 89 and checked tires. 1-2 doing good 3 but 4 was an OMG. That tire was shredded. Got on yelp and found BigO just 2 miles from me. Was impressed and feeling hopeful to find such a large tire store. Calvin was able to help us and get us on the road in about an hour. And- wasn't price gouged in our vulnerable state. Highly recommend shopping at Big O next time you need tires or service. read more

I've been to big o a couple times and that was enough for me. I took it there to get my steering pump replaced on a wrangler that is RHD, they diagnosed the problem and gave me my quote which ended up being over 600 dollars to get my pump replaced. the part they wanted for $350 for what they claimed needed to be special ordered since it's a RHD vehicle. (there is no such difference, it takes the regular part) I found for $155. and replaced it myself. Please be aware that if you are a girl that doesn't know anything about vehicles, they will take advantage of you in there 100%. they might get the job done but they'll overcharge you $400 in the process of doing it. I was not a purchasing customer but nevertheless wanted to commend the excellent customer service I received this morning. I unexpectedly stopped to get the air pressure checked in my tires since a warning message appeared as I was on my way to Fish Lake. The young man who helped me was so professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly checked to make sure the pressure was correct. After I mentioned that it was a rental car and I would be driving back to Las Vegas, he adjusted the pressure so it was efficient for long trips. He double-checked the accuracy after filling the tires and helped me adjust the in-vehicle tire pressure setting information. I didn't get his name, but I was very impressed with his level of customer service and professionalism. He was also very friendly and personable and is an asset to your company. read more

On a road trip from Vegas to Denver. I noticed I was slowly loosing air on one of my tires. Stopped by Big-O-Tires hoping for a quick fix because I had another 8 hours ahead of me. The whole team there was super nice and got me in and out and back on the road in approximately 30min. It was like a NASCAR pit stop. In fairness I didn't ask how much oil and filter would cost but 121 is totally out of hand price of 5 qts jug at Walmart 28 which is 3 more than a year ago .. so and we know all major shops use bulk oil which is even cheaper... so 90 for 15 minutes labor is crazy ... won't happen again hell jiffy lube aren't that bad read more

My windshield was getting inches over and my wiper fluid frozen. Checked Bridgestone tires at a stop and they were going to charge me $45 plus tax. I was a money pit to them. I then stumbled across Big O and with the help of Russell (who helped pull my tires) and another guy i didn't get his name, they saved my life. My fluid wasn't even frozen. They are actual angels. I called Big O on a Saturday afternoon because they were recommended by another auto repair shop in town that was closed. A serpentine belt on my Subaru broke when I was 40 miles away, and somehow I limped in, and not only did they fix it in about an hour but another part that was driving the belt was defective and they were able to diagnose it and find that part too. There were 3 or 4 mechanics who weighed-in within 10 mins, and they were all so smart and pleasant and got us back on the road so quickly at a shockingly reasonable price. I was stunned by the efficiency and expertise of this shop! They were great. read more

Thank goodness for great mechanics! Troy and his mechanic, Kory fixed our car while on a camping trip. We were camping an hour and a half away from Richfield and had car trouble. We hobbled through a few small towns whose car shops couldn't help us so we kept hobbling along hoping to make it to Richfield. They diagnosed the problem just before closing, we found a great hotel to stay at, the Comfort Inn, brought the car back in the morning and within two hours had the car fixed and was very reasonably priced! Great job gentleman! Highly recommend coming here for more than tires. They run a great business, so helpful and kind! Thank you for all your help! read more

Was on my way home when I experienced some shaking in my steering wheel. Took it in and was helped by Clark. They balanced the tire, then test drove it and it still had the same issue. I bought a set of tires from the Big O store in Mesquite, Nevada. I did not notice that one tire had a slow leak until I was too far to go back. I went to the Big O store in Richfield, Utah and they replaced the TPM sensor and valve stem promptly and charged the Mesquite store for the work. On my way from Orange County to Grand Junction Colorado, when about 20 miles from Richfield, a metal slapping noise started from my right front wheel. Made it to Richfield-stayed the night, went to Big O Tire next morning when they opened. They pulled the wheel and found a small rock that lodged itself between the disc and back plate. Took 10 min. from when I pulled in till I was back on the road. Great service and friendly people. read more

I was visiting from CA when I noticed a shimmy in my steering wheel. I brought my Camry in for an alignment and they showed me my tire had separated. I planned on replacing the tires when I got home anyway, so I got tires and a needed alignment and the car drives 100% better. I usually buy tires at COSTCO but they don't do alignments. read more
