I miss this company in our area. They were very helpful and quick when we needed chains for our vehicle.

I was told by another mechanic that my car needed an alignment so I brought it here. They took my car in and got started right away just to find out it was not in need of the alignment. They were completely honest with me about it not being needed and informed me about the situation. Any mechanic could have just said they did the job and charged me, but they were honest and that means a lot during the expensive times where every dollar counts. Worst tires I've ever purchased. Purchases a set of tires last year and have had nothing but problems with them ever since. Constant flats and tire pressure issues. And the "warranty" they gave me mine as well be non existent. Every time these warrantied tires have had an issue, I end up paying 50 dollars and up to get them fixed. Don't bother with Big O. One star isn't even sufficient here, but I have to put it to post this review. read more

Took my 2019 Chevy equinox there last Friday for an oil change after a period of time was told that my drain plug was damaged stated they would replace it I agreed. After a period of time they then told me that the oil pan was damaged and I would have to take my vehicle to a mechanic to have the pan replaced before they could put oil back in the car. They did not accept any responsibility or offer to compensate at any level other than to cover the cost of toll to get it off their property I took it to another mechanic come to find out cost to me to replace the pan would be $400 to 700 dollars I then asked for the damaged plug to verify they stated they did not have the plug could not locate the plug and if they do they'll contact me at a later time. I personally feel they had something to do with the damage to the vehicle and do not want to admit to it . Not sure what to do other than cover the cost of repair and never use their services again and possibly contact an attorney read more

This place is great! They always go out of their way to help when they can. Today I purchased a headlight for my car but the auto supply shop guys could not get it in. It is in a really tight spot. SO, I dropped in hoping one of the people at Big O could possibly do this for me. Not only did they get the bulb in for me, but topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Thank you guys! read more

We were passing through town and our tire pressure light went on. We checked it out and found a huge screw in our tire. With 8 more hours on the road we were worried we wouldn't make on the tire. The guys at Big O got us in quick for a tire fix and made sure to give us a tire pressure gauge to monitor it. When we drove away they called to follow up to make sure we were good. My family and I were driving through New Mexico on our way to Texas and got an alert about tire pressure. We called ahead to Big O and James said they could fit us in. When we got there, it turned out that we needed new tires as the tread on one had separated and the others were low tread thicknes. James was courteous and took care of us all the way through and the crew got us back on the road quickly. We are grateful for the excellent service and for being taking care of when we were in need. A shout out to Big O Tires in Roswell. I purchased my tires at another Big O, and have not been able to get anyone to rotate my tires as I have a camper on my 1 ton truck. Stopped in here on a recent Saturday with a serious problem. A seeming nail in the tire, lug nuts locked and no key, and time running out to make a 300 mile run on Sunday with no other stores available to get me back on the road. Owners took my car in, worked the tire, found no flat (darn electronic tire pressure warning system), and sent me on my way for no fee. They said, no flat, no fix, no fee. Checked all tires for flats, checked lug nuts for proper torque, and offered a nice conversation about their drag racing cars and how the modern tires are built for efficiency and that causes electronic monitoring systems to go off needlessly. That nail was in the tire, but didn't penetrate the tread. And they refused money for pulling it out, over inflating the tire and dipping it in water to look for bubbles, and checking the other tires. Did it all for free. read more

Big O Tires told me my rotors were really bad and told me to get them replaced ASAP and could be devastating to drive. They quoted an outrageous price to replace them, over $100 more than average cost. I'm a single woman and traveling from a different state. Unfortunately those factors are usually taken advantage of by car shops and I can only assume they thought I'm an idiot. I called around and found Danny's Shop who ended up only having to replace my brakes because my rotors were actually fine. Big O Tires are liars. Give Danny's shop a call! read more

I guess this place just changed owners and managers. Don't know what reason but stopped in for a cheap oil change advertised on the radio. I was pleasantly surprised, friendly folks, and like the ad says....straight talk. I will return there for tires in the near future, after having a bad experience at another tire shop. Won't mention their name but will say that this chain claims to discount tires. lol. Give 'em a try! read more
