Update from previous review. Due to not knowing there was a cable broke to the battery that Jiffy Lube techs broke, it caused a power surge through the system and blew out some fuses, relays and ignition switch. Not counting the battery, the carelessness of the Jiffy Lube Tech has now cost me approximately 275-300.00. We possibly could have avoided the power surge issues had we known at the time of their oil service but they chose dishonesty. It's unfortunate. read more

Shitty oil change. single handily the worst quality in a simple oil change. Had a bad attitude when I didn't pay a $55 cabin air filter. had a leak due to drain plug not being tightened, after they charged me for to tighten it. That's crazy to me. Never again. read more

We were driving an older van we recently purchased and noticed that our transmission fluid was low. Since we knew it had been recently serviced by the last owner, we didn't want to pay for a drain and refill. We were met by one of the Jiffy Lube technicians--Tanner--who empathized with our situation and our long distance trip, and he happily helped us add fluid we had purchased from another retailer. Was told the title would be an hour and a half for an oil change and alignment....took five and a half hours. When I left, my truck is now worse out of alignment than it was when I brought it in and now my truck is saying to service the tire monitoring system as well. Service- asked how much a air conditioning recharge was and they said $199!! I said why they charge more than the Roswell Toyota dealership and they replied " that's what it is all prices are set in stone!" ... prices are never set in stone and this sounds like a complete rip off.. dealerships are always more expensive and at least provide guaranteed quality workmanship Oil change- No complaints. Used a $10 coupon found online which they took, with no problems. Staff were professional. They had pop corn and free fountain soda drinks. Quick in and out. read more

Tried to sell me on changing the transmission fluid filter in my truck when I needed a flush. Something about the book they have requires it and says it has to be done. Funny enough, my transmission doesn't have a filter... When I argued, they wanted me to sign a waiver to release them if all liability from problems arising from their work- MASSIVE red flag. There's a reason business is so slow that their techs stand next to a road saying they can start on cars immediately. read more

Driving from San Francisco to Florida our maintenance light turned on. We usually go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes so when we passed by the one in Roswell we turned around and pulled in. We have had many Jiffy Lube experiences but this is by far the best shop we have ever gone to. They had a ton of technicians and rather than most of them standing around and doing nothing as you would expect, every single person there got involved in working on our car. Actually there was a guy sweeping the garage too but that is fine--as the whole shop and waiting room were very neat and clean. The service we received from the manager and technicians was excellent. They did all of the usual Jiffy Lube stuff of topping off all the fluids and whatnot, but watching them cleaning the windows and vacuuming you could tell that they were really treating our car like it was their own rather than just running down items on a checklist. Humberto provided excellent service while we were in the waiting room, and he thoroughly explained all the work being done. He gave us the prices of everything and told us about the 15% AAA discount, which we took advantage of. Beyond this, they offer you free beverages--they even have a coke fountain in addition to coffee. Our battery needed to be replaced, and they did that in a matter of minutes. The whole thing took about half an hour. While they were doing the battery one of the technicians noticed some oil spots and on investigation found out that the guy who filled our oil had spilled some in the motor. They pulled our car back around and all 6 guys there got into the engine and were cleaning it with degreaser and making it look better than before. They gave us a thorough explanation of what they were doing and why at every step of the process. Overall we were very pleased with this World Class service and as always with the reasonable price and confidence we have in using Jiffy Lube. We are sad that we don't live near Roswell and so we cannot go here regularly; the whole experience was amazing and we drove away feeling really good. Highly Recommended. Your company is the only company we have been to in 7 yrs, that EVER changed our oil has fast as it should be changed. I know how long it takes to change oil. Ok service, only waited half an hour or so for an oil change, but I really came for a windshield pump job, and not only can they not do it now, but I have been waiting 20 minutes for someone to write up an estimate of the work. Sucks. I don't have many work holidays, and it feels like JiffyLube is trying to take up as much of my time as possible... read more

Excellent staff! Knowledgeable. Helpful. Speedy. Travis and the gang were super getting the oil change and brakes & rotors done on our F-150. Travis was patient as I used my Synchrony Car Care One credit card, which is not common like a Visa/MC. We had some hiccups processing, but he was patient and helpful.
