Great service!! Took my vehicle here to look at and was instantly greeted with a smile and as I told them about the problem they had an idea of what it was. I dropped off the keys and went about my day. They called and said what the issue was and when I went to pick it up I was surprised to see that they were very reasonably priced and not a higher corporate rate of some sort that other companies do. Highly recommend this location!! We were traveling through and had a blow out on our truck. We got the spare on and started calling around for a place that would have our type of tire in stock. We had just purchased the tires in April of 2025 so was still covered under our road hazard. The lady on the phone with my husband said they had that tire at their warehouse and could have it there in a few minutes. We headed that way and found out she had went to the warehouse herself to get our tire. The other lady at the counter helped us with talking to our road hazard people to explain what happened, and how much tread was still on the blown tire. She answered several questions with them. She went above and beyond her duty for us. Then our new tire arrived and they got right on putting it on our rim and then on our truck which was parked outside in the sun, due to we were pulling our travel trailer. The young man even helped my husband wrestle the spare tire back up under our truck. If we lived closer they would get ALL our business always. read more

I had a tire slow leak during a road trip with the family. I was seen with no appointment even though they were slammed with customers that day. The people working there were all very friendly. I'm not sure if they rarely have that much business, but it was a little weird waiting due to limited seats- the people without seats would awkwardly stand in between displayed tires until a seat opened up. I did have a 2 hour wait, but I'm not upset about it, because of how impressively efficient their operation was despite how many customers were there. read more

So my husband has his tires mounted onto wheels by this place. They removed the tires months ago and put on his winter tires at that time. No problem. When he he'd them put the tires onto the new wheels they informed him they could not put them back on the car. Okay so we went somewhere else to get the wheels put back on the car to find out one tire was flat so the guy inflated it thinking no big deal. By the time we got home the tire was low again. He took it back to this establishment hoping they would stand behind their work and fix the improperly mounted tire. But no they refused based on the newly established policy to not mount the tires which I get but you made a mistake and are not willing to fix your mistake. Unless we take the tire off ourselves and bring it up there and then put it back on ourselves. If you had not made the mistake in the first place we wouldn't be in this situation. read more

Had my '17 Hyundai Elantra serviced, December 22, at this Big O Tire and one of their technicians got oil on my headliner. The manager, Adam, had his tech clean my headliner. He scrubbed it so hard that it ruined it. I spoke to the Adam and told him they need to come up with a solution to remedy this situation. He took pics and said he would see what he could do. Upon calling him back, he said he could refer me to Derby City Upholstery, Gary Clark, and he assured me he would do a good job. I am told it cost $500 to replace my headliner. I went to Derby City Upholstery in January 23 because I trusted that they would not refer me to a bad company, but also I wanted this to be an easy solution without any difficulty. It was a nightmare from the beginning. The headliner looked lumpy upon install but Gary said that would smooth out over time, it did not. He did not re-install 2 of the small headliner lights properly, one he did not re-connect the wires to it. Gary came out to my job 3 times to do repairs on his work, but he stood me up 6 previous times, no calls/texts. Now the headliner is coming unglued/falling down. Gary has been difficult to deal with all these months, he over promised & under delivered. A year warranty came with the headliner, but Gary refused to honor it.. Even if he did, I DO NOT want him touching my car ever again! Gary also damaged the roof of my car from the inside so I have 2 small dents that were not there before that you can clearly see was came from the inside that must have been caused from a tool he was used. Big O Tire referred me to this Upholstery company, and they are liable for the problems I have encountered as I would never have gone here had they not referred me. I am a single mom who does not have time for all of the grief and stress this has caused me. I contacted the manager Adam about all of this and was told they are not willing to do anything else for me. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Poor service, I called ahead before coming up there to get an oil change and was told that they didn't stop doing oil changes until 5. Showed up at 4:45 and was told they wasn't going to do my oil change. Unreliable, unbelievable, hands down ridiculous. Take your money anywhere else, you won't regret it. These guys are awesome. My oil filter was defective after an oil change and they made sure to help me and solve the problem. They didn't charge me a cent and even detailed my engine. It made the inconvenience less of a big deal because I knew they were taking care of me. I will most certainly be using them again. read more

charged me $33 to look at my brakes after me telling them I needed new front pads and rotors. only asked for an estimate but they insisted I needed to drop it off so they could inspect. After calling to tell me I needed new front pads and rotors( as I informed them originally) they informed that they could perform the service but I would have to leave the vehicle overnight for an estimated 3hr job. due to this being my personal service vehicle for my personal company I was unable to do due to having an on call after hours service.T hey were unable to accommodate getting the work done during any given day. I will not take my vehicle back. also after leaving and calling around the dealership was charging $175 less to perform the same service. read more

Just moved to Mt. Washington, and this was my third stop for two back tires today. They have earned my business going forward. They took care of me when the other two places failed to do so. The pricing was better, they met their commitments and promises, and customer service was outstanding. They even threw in a free lug nut I was missing. I definitely felt like they valued me as a customer, and you can tell they take care of their customers watching their interactions with others. If I ever have a tire need I will be back! I have been doing business with these folks for over twenty years. Took my truck in because of lights on my dash dealing with brakes. In the time that it took me to drink half of a Dr Pepper they checked out my warning lights...told me they couldn't fix it...and gave me a bill for $77 and change.
