I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the Jiffy Lube on Dixie and Valley. They are very friendly always taking care of me there was a guy there making jokes working on my car so they gave me a $7 discount prices like 39 bucks something like that and I don't know where you get the $7 discount at don't care but he said to give it to me so cool whatever 39 bucks ain't that much anymore for an oil change and you know you're spending bad and on a tank of gas so they're over working on my car making sure I don't have to work on the car so it's cool whatever I'll take it and really nice friendly people quick-service got to sit in my car play on my phone while they did all the stuff so I take it and I work right over by it so I'll do it all the time every 7,000 miles somewhere around there I'd recommend it read more

Place is a total joke, I arrived today at 5:30 pm on 12/30, there where 2 vehicles in the bay when I arrived, a younger guy came out and said they were closing up and I should come back another day. I told him I just drove 30 miles to get there and they close at 6:00 pm. His answer was well we must have time to clean up before we close at 6 pm. I said again, I just drove 30 miles to get there and they should give me an oil change after driving all that way there, he said sorry we cannot. How about closing at 6 pm like you advertise and clean up after 6 pm? He started to get smart with me so I just left. There was another car behind me they where also turned away. I did ask him who the owner was and he said Chris, all I can say is Chris you better hire better workers and management because I will never be back and waste my time again. read more

Beware. This is what they did to me. Went for oil change, and they only replaced the filter but did not drain my old oil. They then added 4.3 MORE quarts to my engine. Todd the owner was the man in the lower bay that day. When he came to look at my car (which did run shitty after the oil change then died after 500 miles) he told me I must not know how to read a dipstick and it was an air or fuel issue. WTF? It is what it is. It's a service station. The guys aren't mechanics. They just service the cars they get. They aren't trained to tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. For example - last time I was in here, they mentioned that I was a little low on coolant. So they topped me up. What they didn't say is WHY it was low on coolant. They didn't see the leak. My point is - I don't think they really look for or notice these things. So to investigate mechanical issues, take it to a mechanic. This place is fine for regular service to a vehicle. It is expensive for what it is, but you pay for that convenience. It is quick. read more

Went to get an oil change with my mother in law and the experience definitely made my mind up that I won't be back. When we got there Dalton came to the window and was super nice with getting her information to get the oil change started. We eventually pulled up and Larry came to the window and started asking us if we wanted to upgrade the oil change, we said no. He tried to push the issue. Then he asked if we wanted to change the air filter, do a oil cleaner, buy a gas treatment, after stating we was good multiples times, before he tried to sell us something else he rudely said "I wasn't finished", we said no thanks again. He then pushed for an email after we wrote "N/A" on the paperwork. My mother in law stated she didn't have an email, paid $97 and moved on. As we was pulling out of the parking lot Larry stopped us, put a paper in my mother in laws face with his elbows IN HER WINDOW and asked us to scan the code to leave a review. I told him I would do it later. He then said "or she can do it now". I explained we had other stops to make and was on a schedule. He looked at my mother in law and pointed at me and said "make sure she does it". The whole time we was there it felt like he was just being very consistent and pushy since we were both females. The whole experience definitely made us feel weird and he wasn't just "doing his job and trying to up sale us" he was very pushy and rude and since he insisted on a review, he got one. I hope whatever manager sees this and gives Larry a lesson on how to treat a female. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for an oil change 11-11-19. They changed the oil filter but did not drain my old oil and then added 4.3 more quarts on top of it. My car drove for 500 miles before finally drowning in all the oil. It died while idling in a Thorntons parking spot and would not start. Towed it home and found this when checking the dipstick. The oil is above the curved part of the dipstick. Called Jiffy Lube and Todd the owner came out to look at it. He tried to say it isn't their fault and it is a fuel/air issue. Called me an idiot and said I cant read a dipstick. Such bull. I called the next day to get my invoice and he wouldn't let me come to get it. He said turned it into his insurance but said they would deny my claim because it wasn't their fault. Called corporate and was able to get my invoice. Todd, the owner, was the man in the bottom bay during my supposed oil change. The owner ruined my car and won't admit it and I'm out my transportation because of this. Waiting to hear from his insurance but nothing as of yet. Missed family Thanksgiving and a few days of work. Unacceptable customer service. Beware this establishment. Please look at this pic and tell me if you think it is only 1 quart over. The oil is up to curled part of the dipstick (shiny in the pic). HELP. read more

Went there today for the first time and will never go anywhere else for an oil change! As soon as I was getting out of my car, a gentleman was walking over to greet me, told me I could go to the lobby & took my car back. In the lobby, you can see everything going on. There was one person doing an oil change another cleaning my windows and another VACUUMING my car!!!! There was a girl who came in and showed me my filter, asked if I wanted to replace it and told me how much it would be then she rang me up. I was in there no longer than 10 minutes for the entire process. They were all so friendly, kind and did an amazing job. She also told me that in between my oil changes I can stop in and top of on my oil, coolant (whatever else they top off) and also top off the air in my tires, at no additional charge. My car drove smoother instantly. So so happy with the service to my car and more importantly the customer service. Will be recommending to everyone I know!! read more
