    The oil is up to where it is shiny in the pic. Should be half that. Todd the owner won't admit wrongdoing and I have no transportation now.

    Beware. This is what they did to me. Went for oil change, and they only replaced the filter but did not drain my old oil. They then added 4.3 MORE quarts to my engine. Todd the owner was the man in the lower bay that day. When he came to look at my car (which did run shitty after the oil change then died after 500 miles) he told me I must not know how to read a dipstick and it was an air or fuel issue. WTF? Take pride in your work and don't tell lies. A photo is attached. I am also GMail User and posted as such, but wanted you to know I am a real person. They destroyed my engine and refuse to take any responsibility.

    It is what it is. It's a service station. The guys aren't mechanics. They just service the cars they get. They aren't trained to tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. For example - last time I was in here, they mentioned that I was a little low on coolant. So they topped me up. What they didn't say is WHY it was low on coolant. They didn't see the leak. My point is - I don't think they really look for or notice these things. So to investigate mechanical issues, take it to a mechanic. This place is fine for regular service to a vehicle. It is expensive for what it is, but you pay for that convenience. It is quick.

    The oil is so above full it is ridiculous. 2x the oil needed. Todd the owner won't admit wrongdoing. Didn't drain old oil, just put more in.

    It feels really weird and almost wrong to give a car dealership five stars. I usually think of car…read moredealerships as the awful place standing in the way of me and the car that I want. There'll be hours of waiting around, of negotiating, frustration before I threaten to walk out, and then somebody always loses. It's a process I dread. But this place is different. We went to Hyundai of Louisville after having a bad experience at another Hyundai dealership the previous evening. I was expecting more of the same, but Adam made the process easy and actually (dare I say it?) enjoyable. I told Adam how I much I was willing to pay, he said ok, I left with a car. This DOES NOT happen. It took me about five minutes to sign the agreement because it seemed way too easy. "Wait," I said, "we're supposed to negotiate more. You're supposed to tell me that's an unreasonable price and then we fight... what's the catch??" To Adam's credit, he did offer to crumble some papers and stomp away angrily if that would make me feel better. Even during the long process where the paperwork was being finalized, we weren't left alone to wonder what was going on. Someone was constantly coming over to update us and to sit and chat for a bit. We were also taken over to the service department to meet the service manager who was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. (Seriously what are they putting in the coffee here??) We left only a couple of hours later with a brand new car and a new way of thinking about car dealerships, as well as with some new friendships! Many thanks to Adam, Tony, John and everyone that made this experience so easy and awesome! You've earned some loyal customers!

Waiving BS diagnostic fees, actually diagnosing a broken engine under extended lifetime warranty. Apologizing and taking responsibility with your insurance to cover costs of damages on your property to customers vehicles. Disrespect to people who can't and won't buy a new vehicle from you based on past experiences with your company.
