    We came here to pick up a pair of racers for my mother in law whom at her age is probably nationally ranked but she doesn't race often enough. I love getting her some of the best innovations out there. This is also my first running store purchase in Atlanta. We were socially distanced during our purchase.

    Repaired this bike and purchased an E-Bike for pickup this week.

    I am very happy with my experience with this company. I visited around Christmas time and came back several months later and got a great deal on the bike that I wanted and the customer service was great. The store was clean and was overall excellent shopping experience.

    My doctor recommended Brooks Running shoes, ASICS and another show brand...I got the name. Going through this injury has been tough especially when you don't have good quality shoes. I went to google land to start this beautiful journey of finding the perfect shoe that would not only help in my healing but that would give me support. Of course...y'all know Amazon came up, then I was led to the brooks running website. Though ordering online is convenient and has its benefits. But I knew in my knower(sorry...I'm a country talking somebody) that I needed to get to a location. I needed guidance on finding the perfect shoe for me. This is where your amazing company and website come into my life. I have to say that your website answered all of my questions. Great job. I was greeted by the sweetest soul...Chris. Chris immediately made me feel safe and comfortable...he wasn't like most shoe store sales men. He was chilled out and willing and ready to assist me. He was full of knowledge, tips and techniques to help me find the perfect shoe for me. Because I was informed by the website I was able to tell Chris what I needed. Because Chris is so good at what he do. He went to work for me. Chris asked about my concerns. I poured my heart out and express my great need for a great shoe. He got my shoe size, he did his examination...he went to the back and return with a shoe from this brand call ASICS...I put those comfortable socks on that Chris gave me then I put on the shoes. When I tell you it felt like my feet was being hugged but not just any hug it was the best hug ever. My feet felt supported. Chris instructs me to stand and to push my foot back in the shoe...he exams to see the width of the shoe on my foot and where my big toe was located. He was pleased. Now, it's time to text drive these shoes on the store track. He instructs me to walk away from him then back to him...recorded my feet walking in slow motion... he thoroughly examine my walking via video...he showed me my strengths and weaknesses. Once he got the information he needed. He instructed me to walk in these shoes...so while I was walking getting to know these shoes. Chris goes to the back and returns with 3 pair of shoes that he felt were right for me. He instructs me to try the first pair on but my feet was not feeling the love at all from that shoe. So, I tried on another pair, though it didn't hug my ankle like the ASICS shoe did I still like the felt the love from this shoe. Chris instructed to walk in the shoes while I'm walking Chris is looking at my foot asking me questions about how I'm feeling...he was all the way tuned in with me he was so patient and kind. I immediately felt great...my knees didn't hurt no more...I felt supported...these shoes felt like they loved me. Once I test drove those shoes...it was like a breath of fresh air. I tried on the other pair...again I felt like this shoe was cuddling with my foot...when I walked in this shoe it great. But at this point I'm confused...I don't know which to choose. Chris instructs me to put on one of each shoe and walk in them. Once we examine that I was instructed to switch the shoes and walk in them again...long story short The Brooks Ghost 13 were a better fit for me. I was able to make the final decision with Chris guidance. I enjoyed my time with Chris. He is such a funny guy. I felt like a grown woman making this purchase. I am a lifetime client. I never knew a company like this existed. I had no clue. I only knew of stores that sells shoes for brand, style but not for comfort and support. I came in hurting but walked out in my brand new shoes feeling like I could walk 3000 miles without pain in my foot or knees. I did not know that the right shoe could correct so much so quickly.     I was in need of new running shoes..so I decided to stop by my favorite Big Peach Running location...Slask was very helpful and had great customer service an has great patience...while I was deciding on what running shoes to get...we decided to go with the Brooks like usual...

    Just had one of the best retail experiences of our life at Big Peach. My wife and I missed our connecting flight in Atlanta and are forced to overnight with zero luggage. We told this to the sales associate at Big Peach, and he gave us two event t-shirts for free to help! What an incredibly generous gesture, especially during the pandemic. (We bought a shirt in appreciation but it was clear he didn't expect this.). Anyway, top rating possible to these fine souls. And, we'll smell better on the plane tomorrow.

    We feel it's important to share our experience so others don't run into the same issues…read more Our youth wrestling team placed an order with Takedown Sportswear that was part of a team store. The company admitted there was a bad batch of fabric and promised to remake the order and rush it to us before our State Tournament on 03/13/2026. Here's what actually happened: On 03/12, the day before the tournament, we reached out to ask where our replacement order was. Shockingly, the rep had no idea the order hadn't even been made. We requested that all future communication be in writing, not over the phone, so nothing could be misrepresented and we would have proof of their responses. Despite repeated requests, Takedown Sportswear is refusing to provide written communication, and promises about the order being rushed remain unfulfilled. A return shipping label for defective items was also promised but never sent, leaving us with items that cannot be returned. Previous photos and sizing information that had been provided are now being "lost" or ignored, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue. What was supposed to be a simple replacement turned into weeks of confusion, broken promises, and delays, with no accountability. We are sharing this so that anyone considering doing business with Takedown Sportswear is fully aware: proceed with caution, get everything in writing, and don't rely on verbal promises. See email with dates below: 2/18: From Takedown Hey .. I just saw an email form the production manager - she sent to one of our best resp to recreate the order and put a rush on it ! I wanted to tell you because I was so very excited. The are recreating invoice # 50743 from team store that was opened October 14th. I attached the link of the items that was on the team store. Please take a look at it and let me know if this accurate. We are also putting a rush on it to try to get this to you by the March event. 2/25: From Takedown I so did not want to have to ask you for this .. I know you have gone through enough. Yes, We do not send out defective items, unfortunately the fabric manufacturer changed the fabric, or maybe substituted. I am not sure which as I am not involved with this process. All I did was hear of this and remembered you had a situation the fit so I brough it to the attention of the production manager. I just reached out to the production team to inquire about the replacement items I am working for you !!! 3/13: From Takedown Hi Nicole, I checked with production due to purple being a color that does not match when produced from different printers, they are all being remade at one location and I am awaiting on an update for the release of the items. I actually thought that this had been completed .. Brigitte 3/16: From Takedown AFTER I requested all communication be in writing due to their inconsistency. Hello Nicole, Thank you for your request for a straightforward resolution. In order to proceed, we will need you to provide the specific sizes of each garment that has been affected. Additionally, we require clear photographs documenting the issues you are experiencing with each item. A return label was previously provided for sending back the affected products. While you indicated that not all items are accessible, we do require at least a representative sampling to submit to the manufacturer for evaluation. Regarding your most recent concern about singlets showing wear at the waist, please provide the sizes of those specific items along with corresponding photos. If an additional return label is needed, please let me know and we will arrange one promptly. Once we have the requested information and the sample items in hand, we will be able to advise you on the next steps to fully resolve this matter. Brigitte

When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
