    My first time to this car wash- they were advertising that it's under new management and my poor car was overdue for a bath. The rollers were really nice and did a great job at cleaning. So good that I'm leaving this review... of a car wash.

    Came here since I was in the the Towne Center with time to spate. Ended up getting the second from cheapest package and when I came out noticed some black stuff on the side of my cat, ended up being the tire shine getting all over bumper and side skirts. Told a worker about it and they cleaned it out. Other than that it was an okay wash but an inconvenience.

    My first time here, I was in the area to get an oil change and was in need of a desperate car wash after a month, and this place was connected right next to Valvoline, so two birds, one stone. As it was a cloudy day it was not busy at all. Got the tidal wave $14 option and the attendant helped me out at the kiosk and I believe the owner met me at the entrance of the car wash. My car was absolutely filthy and bc it wasn't busy, he really took the time to pre-scrub before getting the actual wash, I really appreciated that. The only thing is that he just forgot to unfold my side view mirrors but I just high air pressured the water off at the end. The wash itself was good, I personally enjoyed the tunnel of lights and colorful foamy soap, reminds me of Willy Wonka, anyway overall very happy, there are also plenty of vacuums. I live a little ways away but whenever I would be near the area I would definitely try and go through.

    I met with the owner and his assistants a couple of days after my complimentary car wash. My wife told me I was crazy to do so because she said it would serve no purpose...and she was right. The car wash owner basically told me the scratches were there before I entered his car wash. How did he come to this conclusion, I have no idea. I obviously know the condition of my cars finish better than he does. After talking to him for approximately 10 minutes...I realized the best thing for me was to walk away...I was getting nowhere. UNFORTUNATELY I'm still stuck with a fine scratches all over my Toyota Camry and I'm still searching for a auto body shop to buff them out, at my expense of course. I'm including a couple of pictures showing the fine scratches but unfortunately you cannot tell how bad they are unless you see the car in person.

    Joanna was very helpful when I pulled up to see my car wash options and even gave me a small discount. The service is great, fast, and convenient, but the people make it worth the visit everyone. I will be coming back!

    I've been here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. I was pretty happy about the opening as I am a local and very familiar with the Towne Center. One morning I came for a quick wash, I was one of the first customers here and the employee was extremely helpful with getting me set up. As my car was in the middle of the express wash, I heard a strange noise coming from the driver side. I couldn't really see anything but as I exited the wash I heard a loud sound so I pulled over to the vacuum section. When I got out of my car my spoiler was hanging off and the paint was scratched. The employee who was helping me previously was quick to offer to help put the spoiler back in place and offered a full service on my car. My car clearly had some scratches from either the damage done while inside the wash or from being dragged as I exited. I was told the manager, Monica, was on her way and would answer my concerns. I was a bit unnerved by the situation but remained pretty calm. I met with Monica and we reviewed the footage. I was told that the video showed no proof that the scratches came from the spoiler being removed, and that there are brushes in the wash that wouldn't cause these types of scratches. I understand car washes are not responsible for a lot of things (mirrors, antennas, etc.), but my car clearly suffered some damage from either during the wash or after while the spoiler was dragged. Thankfully I have insurance that is going to help me with the scratches, but what is really unfortunate about the situation is that there was no responsibility or ownership taken by the manager. My spoiler was clearly removed from their express wash. She was very quick to take no reasonibility even as we reviewed the footage and damage on my car together. I also had to ask for a refund, I was not offered one. I was told that because there were previous scratches on my car (passenger side that was not damaged), there was no way to tell if the scratches came from this situation. I work in insurance, so I know how these things go. I felt more compassion and responsibility could have been offered. I didnt feel that I wanted to be kept as a customer, the only thing that was offered was the employee who helped me with my spoiler and did a full service on my car. Nothing from management. Based on how the whole situation was handled is the reason me or anyone in my household will not be returning customers. Update: I had an estimator look at the scratches and we did find a piece of my spoiler was actually broken on the inside and some of the blue pieces were missing. My insurance helped with some but I will have to pay out of pocket for the rest. My reccomendation to management is please ensure your customers are properly acknowledged before automatically denying any fault or responsibility.

If you care about your car, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone. I took close-up photos of the damage on-site under their canopy before leaving. I have called multiple times, sent a detailed email with photos, and even reached out via direct message. Total silence. I have yet to receive a single response from the owners or upper management. But then again, why would they want to take responsibility for damaging a customer's car? When an issue actually happens, no one here wants to be held accountable. An important warning to future customers: Keep a very close eye on your car while it's on the line. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they deliberately frosted the glass in the viewing area just to keep customers from easily observing their cars getting damaged. They have the exact timestamp (June 21st between 1:35 PM and 1:45 PM) to check their security cameras and verify every single word of this, but they choose to ignore me instead. I will absolutely never be coming back here. Take your business somewhere that actually respects your property and responds when they make a mistake!

I came in at 11:50am excited to get the $7 wash have I noticed the employees wipe your car down at the end, which is a big plus, & since my car didn't get all the way clean the first time around, still has some dirt marks, the manager let me go through the wash again and the man at the end is going above and beyond to make sure it's fully wiped down all around and on top because it's a Tesla, it's roof is see thru clear and we can see all the dirt! Anyways, it's fully cleaned again 2nd time around and I appreciate that really because I do ride share everyday in my car and I need a clean car! None the less, I like the vacuums! They're strong.     Good value at this semi-automated carwash located in Long Beach, CA…read more Probably the cheapest car wash near us, this was my first time going through it. It wasn't busy when we stopped by on a Wednesday early afternoon. It is initially set-up just like a car-wash at a gas station, where you drive to the front of an automated building. Before you enter, an attendant will ask for payment and credit cards are accepted. He will direct your car's front wheels to the right spot, ask to put your car into neutral, and the track will slowly pull your car through the wash where soap and cloth wheels will wash the dirt from your car. As you exit, there is another attendant that will hand-dry both sides of your car which is a nice touch. You can then drive to an open parking spot where there are vacuums on both sides to use...this is included as part of the wash. There are 3 levels of pricing, with the lowest (simple shampoo and hand dry) being $7. None of them includes an undercarriage flush (this is a must in places where they salt the roads, and was the main reason I would even get a car wash)...not necessary in Cali. Per my wife, the vacuum was especially strong today, and useful in getting out the beach sand. Also ended up losing some loose change (amazing how coins will end up in any crevice). I wonder if somebody looks for these when the vacuum traps are cleaned out.

Came around 8:30 AM, all wash bays were full, but was able to park behind and wait for a spot. The wash bays are great because they have a timer above the outside, letting you know how much time left other people have to wash their cars. First time I have seen this at a car wash. Price wise, I think it was comparable to other car washes, and since my car was especially dirty, I took two swipes of the card to complete my wash. The spot free rinse was not working so spent even more with the air function Not sure I will be back! Warning if you use tap and pay here. It's how my credit card got hacked. Someone with a device can steal your card number while you tap your card. It happened to me 4 times in 9 months. Two of those times, a dark chevy Suv positioned very close to the bay where I parked to capture the RFID signal from my credit card while purchasing time. $8,000 charged within minutes. Other times in bays where the POS for each bay is separated by a wall. I noticed someone loitering between bays with what looked like a 2-way radio with a 10" rubber antenna. Also look out for the homeless that loiter at this car wash. As I said earlier. Full service is only a few dollars more.
