I wouldddddd give five stars if I knew the deal I signed up for would automatically update with regular pricing but it's fine, I'm fine. Even with the regular pricing it's still a pretty good deal as long as you wash your car 3-4x a month. Small inconvenience is the line of In n Out sometimes blocks the entrance but no fault to the company itself. They offer a dashboard cleaner and there's usually never a line. There are also several vacuums to use and I've never had to wait. If you prefer they also seem to offer car wash service and detailing if you don't want to do it yourself. Keep an eye out for deals also! I believe there's a senior citizen one and maybe a couple other deals (but keep your eyes open for the fine print) read more

AVOID! Zero stars if I could. Whole bottom half of my SUV was filthy! Paid the $18 and ended up using quick detailer to try and clean my car, which is bad for your paint. I told one of workers and he came over and looked in disgust after running his finger through the dirty panels. Anything in response? He just walked away. Fast and ok car wash place. Groupon had additional discounts for some courses and it was less than $7. Worth the money. As some others said, tsunami did the job fine as far as washing and spreading the soap but the rinsing did not use enough water to get rid off all the soap and didn't dry completely. When showing the Groupon bar code, we swiped to say we used the service and it was easy so it was convenient and contactless though a person stands in front of the ticketing machine. If they have the discount again on Groupon, I would come here again but maybe other menu might be better for a thorough job. read more

The bottom line with these places is; does my car get clean? And what does that cleaning cost ? As for cleaning - yes and no. I bought a Groupon Tsunami (the works) wash. Soap and washing process seemed to work pretty well... the part that sucked was the rinse and subsequent air dry. The rinse cycle doesn't get the soap off and leaves streaks on the windows. The air dry doesn't do a great job but if you don't have roof racks a shammy spinning thingy sort of buffs off the water? Still the car looks pretty good... just not the windows. As for value; with Groupon the high end wash was just under $10. At that price I'd return and just Windex my windows next time. So I gave a low rating because of the rinse and dryer ... also because at full price no way I'd return ! So if you get a good discount this is probably a 3-4 star experience? read more

Ended up getting the second from cheapest package and when I came out noticed some black stuff on the side of my cat, ended up being the tire shine getting all over bumper and side skirts. My first time here, I was in the area to get an oil change and was in need of a desperate car wash after a month, and this place was connected right next to Valvoline, so two birds, one stone. As it was a cloudy day it was not busy at all. Got the tidal wave $14 option and the attendant helped me out at the kiosk and I believe the owner met me at the entrance of the car wash. My car was absolutely filthy and bc it wasn't busy, he really took the time to pre-scrub before getting the actual wash, I really appreciated that. The only thing is that he just forgot to unfold my side view mirrors but I just high air pressured the water off at the end. The wash itself was good, I personally enjoyed the tunnel of lights and colorful foamy soap, reminds me of Willy Wonka, anyway overall very happy, there are also plenty of vacuums. I live a little ways away but whenever I would be near the area I would definitely try and go through. read more

I met with the owner and his assistants a couple of days after my complimentary car wash. My wife told me I was crazy to do so because she said it would serve no purpose...and she was right. The car wash owner basically told me the scratches were there before I entered his car wash. How did he come to this conclusion, I have no idea. I obviously know the condition of my cars finish better than he does. After talking to him for approximately 10 minutes...I realized the best thing for me was to walk away...I was getting nowhere. UNFORTUNATELY I'm still stuck with a fine scratches all over my Toyota Camry and I'm still searching for a auto body shop to buff them out, at my expense of course. If I could give this company Zero stars I would. They claim to have signed my elder mother up for a monthly service - and have been charging her for months. She has tried to cancel their service twice now. We have tried to work with the manager MONICA, but she claims that she is unable to do anything. Once they did not process the request and they only now canceled service after we forcefully argued with them (although I'm reading online this may still continue to charge and claim we never requested canceling again). She has not used the car wash in a month (last date of service 09/09/2024 according to the company and today is 10/08/2024)- but they refuse to refund her for the last month and this upcoming month's service. This company seems to take advantage of elder people to make a quick buck. I cannot believe that there are places that operate in a deceptive manner like this. read more

I have been to Surf N'Shine 2 times now and I have been happy with the results. I got full service $29.99 which means after driving through the wash itself they have someone detail the inside. They vacuum and dust the dash, cup holders, steering wheel, and wipe the windows inside and out. Today I had Mario and he was very attentive. They are quick but not rushed. There was no wait when I arrived which I also appreciated. Everyone working there was friendly too. There was still a little bit of pollen on the outside of the car that the machine must have missed when driving through but overall very satisfied and I'll be back! read more

Good morning, I have been trying over approximately a month to get a hold of someone to inquire about canceling my membership as I am not in the area anymore. I have called several times at various times of the day (didn't make a difference) and left messages to no avail. I have also sent multiple emails to no avail and yet keep getting charged. It is very frustrating when you support a business, yet when you need to make a decision based on your circumstances no one is available. I would give negative stars if I could. Went there with my toyota tundra. Was met with a friendly lady at payment booth. She asked if I needed help and I said no thanks. I went through was and my antenna snapped off at the threads. (Never had this issue at and other wash) I called manager and basically said there is a sign that says they are not responsible. It would have been nice if the lady that came up to me advised I should probably unscrew my antenna. I've been here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. I was pretty happy about the opening as I am a local and very familiar with the Towne Center. One morning I came for a quick wash, I was one of the first customers here and the employee was extremely helpful with getting me set up. As my car was in the middle of the express wash, I heard a strange noise coming from the driver side. I couldn't really see anything but as I exited the wash I heard a loud sound so I pulled over to the vacuum section. When I got out of my car my spoiler was hanging off and the paint was scratched. The employee who was helping me previously was quick to offer to help put the spoiler back in place and offered a full service on my car. My car clearly had some scratches from either the damage done while inside the wash or from being dragged as I exited. I was told the manager, Monica, was on her way and would answer my concerns. I was a bit unnerved by the situation but remained pretty calm. I met with Monica and we reviewed the footage. I was told that the video showed no proof that the scratches came from the spoiler being removed, and that there are brushes in the wash that wouldn't cause these types of scratches. I understand car washes are not responsible for a lot of things (mirrors, antennas, etc.), but my car clearly suffered some damage from either during the wash or after while the spoiler was dragged. Thankfully I have insurance that is going to help me with the scratches, but what is really unfortunate about the situation is that there was no responsibility or ownership taken by the manager. My spoiler was clearly removed from their express wash. She was very quick to take no reasonibility even as we reviewed the footage and damage on my car together. I also had to ask for a refund, I was not offered one. I was told that because there were previous scratches on my car (passenger side that was not damaged), there was no way to tell if the scratches came from this situation. I work in insurance, so I know how these things go. I felt more compassion and responsibility could have been offered. I didnt feel that I wanted to be kept as a customer, the only thing that was offered was the employee who helped me with my spoiler and did a full service on my car. Nothing from management. Based on how the whole situation was handled is the reason me or anyone in my household will not be returning customers. Update: I had an estimator look at the scratches and we did find a piece of my spoiler was actually broken on the inside and some of the blue pieces were missing. My insurance helped with some but I will have to pay out of pocket for the rest. My reccomendation to management is please ensure your customers are properly acknowledged before automatically denying any fault or responsibility. read more

I've been paying the monthly membership for several months, maybe over a year idk. I use it when I need to and remember but I've been really frustrated that these guys are never consistent. The people that hose the car down before it goes in and hit the front and rear with a wash broom never do both, nor do they wet both sides of the car. I finally went one time and the lady working did both sides so I thanked her, she said that they should always be wetting down both sides of the car and washing the front and rear with the broom. Still to this day it's not happening and she's the only one that has. Now I've even started rolling down the window to ask them to do the other side and they seem irritated that I ask and proceed to hit the start button as they walk around to wet it. Then guess what, my car is already moving before they come back and grab the broom so they don't hit either of the windshields. It's crazy to me, it's so simple. read more

I had a monthly accout at the carwash at the traffic circle, but after one visit here I cancelled and switched. This carwash does a great job it's sparkling new they will even prewash your car if necessary due to hard to remove dirt/grime! There's never a wait which I like a lot too. All the employees are really nice, especially the manager Monica she really cares about your satisfaction-and with a smile. When I get my new Tesla next month I will add it too-the third vehicle with a monthly service here. read more

I signed up for their monthly membership with the unlimited $12 washes. I was very quickly disappointed with their service as well as the machine operated towel service. Every time I went through the spinning towels left smudge marks on all of my windows. I brought it to the attention of the management staff who assured me that they had checked to see if their towels were clean and weren't leaving smudges for other clients. Yet they still did. Another issue I had was with their vacuums...nearly half of them worked. I gave them a fair shot to resolve their issues and cancelled my membership before the month was over. This was THE best car wash I've ever experienced. I've been to many car washes, paid for extra services, bought various packages, and am always disappointed. This time I was not! I was searching to try and find a full-service car wash (interior & exterior) that I didn't have to do any of the cleaning myself and wasn't an incredibly expensive mobile detailing co. When I saw that Surf N' Shine was new owners at this location and they did self as well as full service, I decided to take a chance (came here several times when it was previous owners and they never did a good job). Boy, am I thrilled I gave them a try. The gentleman who took my info. was nice and the gentleman who cleaned my car was EXCELLENT. Very thorough and detailed. No water stains, no smeared glass, no dust in crevices, and hardly any dog hair to be found (that in itself is a miracle considering I hadn't vacuumed in months, my dog is in the car every day, he's a big boy, and sheds terribly - white & ginger hair on black fabric seats do not mix). Also, I didn't have to wait too terribly long. I mean, it was a bit since they did such a thorough job, but I've been to places where I waited over 2 hrs. and the car still needed cleaning. Not here. It's nice to see pride in workmanship (rare these days). I really wish I would've gotten the name of the gentleman who worked on my car, as I would request him every time I go back. And back I will go, to Surf N' Shine Car Wash. Hoping it's as good next time as this. Oh, and btw, I paid $18.00 for the "Tsunami" + $11.00 for "Full Service"... worth every penny. read more
