This was my usual car wash until an irritating experience today. While vacuuming, I watched several middle aged men pull in poorly, back out of one check in stall and into another, struggle to follow parking rules. That's not my problem. My problem is that none of them were approached by an employee. Not at check-in, not anywhere. I (a young woman) spent a *little* extra time because I couldn't find my credit card at the stall (I've been a regular here) and I was approached by a male employee who proceeded to tell me how to use a card reader like I was an idiot. Seriously, I told him when he walked up "I don't need help I was just trying to find my card." And he proceeded to LURK and then say "you swipe it in, then pull it out." HELLO?? If you were equal opportunity condescending then ok that's you, but I watched, waited, and noticed if anybody else got that treatment. I asked the attendant if he would honor it and he said no. No discussion. This place is under new ownership or something, the quality has been going downhill from the 15-20 washes. You can tell my how the place looks. Dead leaves everywhere, have a gardener come in or have the staff sweep up during downtime instead of being on their phone. If that's how you treat your lot I assume your brushes never get changed or washed either. I go once 1-2x week and now I will be looking for other options Some things I've noticed the last 15-20 washes since I've been coming here since they opened 8 years ago. 1. The soap is not consistent, you sometimes get 3 applications of soap in the tunnel, and sometimes you get 1 or 2. 2. No more pre-rinsing. The employees use to wash down the brush and spray down the cars before brushing. Now they just brush from dirty car to dirty car and all the dirt is in the buckets which cause scratches 3. The soap they use now leaves on film on the windows. I never needed glass cleaner on my windows before. Now I have to do all exterior windows. I've had 2 occasions where no one was in the tunnel, so I stop and go in the office to see both employees on their phones. Overall the quality of the wash and the employees don't care anymore. I'll be looking for other places to take my subscription. read more

Today I went and right when I got into the actual car wash the first set of wipers weren't even on so my car just went on through then 2nd set started up. Midway into the car wash everything stops working and I'm sitting there for about 5 seconds - that wasn't a big deal.. it's done that before. Went a few days ago and I thought everything was fine. Car was left in the garage a few days but realized my left tail lamp shattered. I have pictures of the car from a couple days prior to the car wash so I'm 99% sure the damage happened during the wash. There's a couple other scuffs near the tail light that I noticed but just let it pass because I wasn't sure, but now I think there's a fair chance all the damage happened at the same time... unfortunate. The left (drivers) side of the machine/scrubber seems to be prone to damage. I also checked my dash cam for any activity that could've caused it and didn't see anything... so while I can't say for sure, I think it's a pretty good assumption this car wash caused damage. My husband took his car to Tsunami today. It was nice because there was only one car before us and no other cars around. They have a few grand opening deals besides the $4 wash. My husband got the $8 wash for $5. Now, he drives a soft top convertible so he cannot go through certain washes because it is too harsh on the top and can potentially damage it. However at the same time, the new city water law does not allow you to wash your car on the drive way (water conservation). He also hates paying a high price to get it hand washed. So, cheap car washes once or twice a month is the way to go. Experience: These guys start hand spraying your car before you enter the whirlwind of octopus slapping belts. The car in front of us actually got a mini butt scrub on the way in besides the spraying. I noticed there were a few phases of octopus belt slapping action throughout the car wash along with a few brush spinners. The whole journey lasted about 3 plus minutes. The rinse and dry phase was also very thorough. My husband was sure this would be the place he would sign up for a monthly membership since it has the best deal around $9.99/month. We proceeded to the vacuuming area and that is when he found out the front of the car still has spots from the rain the other day. It completely missed the area. That was kind of disappointing so we docked a star. Other than that, it is a pretty good deal. I accidentally rolled my window down right after and we were sure it was going to mess it up. Lucky for us, it was completely dry from the dry cycle. Nice job air blowers! I am sure he will return for his monthly washes. PS. I tried to attach a video of the whole wash but Yelp made me trim it. So, i had to separate it into three parts so it may be a bit choppy if you watch it. read more

This express car wash does the job. In an express car wash, it's obvious that not everything dirty will come off your car. This express wash (and other ones too) doesn't clean the back of my Honda Civic near my license plate area - which is fine. Prior to each wash, the staff will give you wipes to clean your dashboard and spray cleaning material on the hood of your car. Then, you'll proceed to the car wash area. After, there are a good amount of vacuums to use. They are strong, and come near closing hours so that there are less people there. It's free and works great. Inexpensive, fast, and gives a decent clean works well with me. read more

I bring my car here all the time but this time in particular I drove over a huge pile of poop and when the first car wash didn't get it out, the staff let me go through again and they power washed my tire no added cost. I got the $10 wash and it was adequate though not much time under dryer so be prepared to get some of the water spots off your mirrors etc. Good suction on the vacuums and they didn't rush anyone off after 5 minutes. My only issue was the pay machine kept saying my visa card was "suspected fraud" and rejecting it, so I paid cash. Called on my atm card after leaving there was no issue with my bank or card. Let me start out by saying my car was DISGUSTING. I park in dirt at work 4 days a week, so you can imagine the build up of that mixed with the dew that really cements it on there every morning. Not to mention the month old plop of bird poop that was on the back door. I only went for the basic $6 car wash because I'll have to park in the dirt again this weekend. But DAMN I can't imagine what my car would look like if I had sprung for the $10 wash. Today the owner, rudely came to my car, started touching it and lifting the piece where the dent is. If you see a dent why would you continue to pull on it? Anyway, he told me I had to fix my car before I bring my car back or I can't bring it anymore. I've been to so many places and NO ONE has ever said this to me. Great service! The carwash was reasonably priced and there were lots of openings for vacuum use. I locked my keys in my car but Misa (the assistant manager) helped open the door in abt 15 min. Cheap car wash terrible customer service when I first started going, the car wash wasn't too bad and then in the last six months the spot free wash leaves a lot of spots even when you whip it down and you're paying for the bigger car washes it says it's spot free. There's other car washes I would go to before this one. Also when I complained they did nothing about it. read more
